Hello everybody!

I’ve used MFP off and on for years. I’ve lost 20 pounds so far, and I’m looking forward to keeping up the momentum.

Daily Post: Sunday, September 30th
Track: Yes
Calories: Under and I’m shocked but had 43 calories left!
Exercise: 42 minutes @ 3.5 on the treadmill
Weekly Goal: I had a better week but I still can’t seem to consistently get 7 hours of sleep. I should be in bed right now but enjoyed watching football and just finished my lesson plans.
So, it’s the same goals once again… at least 7 hours of sleep each night and 64 ounces of water a day.

I always tell my wife - during this time of year, football is life. LOL. And yes, getting sleep is very important for your overall health. Gives the mind a chance to reset and let the body heal itself!0 -

Calories: under
Exercise: 70 minutes (20 minutes walk, 30 minute dance video, 20 minutes strength training)
Goals/day: get in at least 6,000 steps in spite of feeling a bit tired from a busy weekend. At 7:00 PM I had less than 1,000 steps and decided to keep the promise I made to myself and I got up and did my workout. I only intended to do 30 minutes, but I found a couple of new fun exercise videos on Netflix and I lost track of time . 😊
Way to get your steps in. I always feel better when I get some exercise in, especially when I don't want to. I feel more accomplished, if that makes any sense.0 -

Ok...so are you changing your starting weight to this? Your weigh in day is Saturday. So your first weigh in would be this coming Saturday, Oct. 6th. Did you want me to make this your new starting weight?

Exercise: 3.4 miles jog/walk
Well... I can't believe it. A few months ago, I couldn't walk one lap around my park without getting tired. A few weeks ago, I was able to go 2 laps (1 mile). 2 weeks ago I went 3 laps (1.5 miles). A few days ago, I went 4 - 2 whole miles, jogging, non-stop. I thought that was great. Well, today, at my sons soccer practice, I jogged 2.5 miles NONSTOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!7 -
