While I have been under all week, I would not say my food choices have been the best.

You were under all week and you lost half a pound...that should be your takeaway! I hear you saying that you could have done better, by making better choices....that is your homework for the coming week!!

    Mini challenge 2/10/19:

    Tracking - yes
    Under - no
    Exercise - no

Always consider Sunday to be the day that I don't meet these goals. Plan for this week is to meet them at least Mon-Fri. I always slack off at the end of the week so I need to use this as motivation to stay focused.

    Last week 179.8
    This week 176.8

I really hit it hard this week, tracked everything and logged and worked out. I think this finally means I’m out of the obese category though different BMI calculators give me different results! I have a doctors appointment on Wednesday and really want to be able to weigh in and be below BMI 29.9 (partly to finally be just overweight, not obese but it also means we can start the countdown to be eligible for IVF which is another huge journey in itself).

It’s kind of a weird point to be at. I never thought I’d get this far and it seemed like this would be the finish point for me but now I’m here I definitely don’t feel finished. I’ve set myself a new target of 150lbs.

First off, congratulations on your three pound loss this week!! I'd say you hit it hard!!

Your goal was to get under 29.9 BMI so you could begin the process of having a child, which you have accomplished, so congratulations on that achievement!! I am also very happy for you that you have had a mental breakthrough and realize that you can continue this weight loss journey past the "overweight" category and into a healthy weight! You and your future child will both benefit from that!!

I am just the opposite, Pam! When my husband is home all day on Sunday, I feel the most motivated. It's the other six days that I fall short!!

    Mini Challenge Sunday February 10th

    logged food: yes
    under calories: yes
exercise: yes, 42 minutes walking on the treadmill
steps: 18,399 and a Fitbit green screen

Maybe this will help keep someone going. I was only in the mini challenge winner circle once in the month of January and I was never the biggest loser for any week, not even just in our team. But, I was able to come in Second in the whole monthly challenge. Keep plugging along. Small victories add up

I thought this was worth posting again, Sara...very insightful and inspiring!! Yes, small victories do indeed add up!!

Down 3.9 for the week! WOOSH!
Water retention is real! Last week I was only down .5 pounds and the day before I did an extra hard lifting session. This week I just did cardio the day before weigh in.

Also worth re-posting, Mike, for those that may be discouraged. Water retention is real!!

    Week: 2
    Weigh in Day: Monday
    Starting Weight : 183
    Week 1:185
    Week 2: 185

    Ugh! No change.
Every Monday I feel super motivated. I get up and work out and eat good foods. When Thursday rolls around it all goes down hill. I have to work on changing my mind set and figure out how to keep myself motivated throughout the entire week.

Well, you didn't gain, at least! This week, when you do to bed Wednesday night, put a note on your bedside table saying "It's Monday" so you'll see that first thing when you wake up!! Or come on here Thursday morning, stating your intentions for the day. It'll be harder to not do what you have said you will do!! Maybe that sort of accountability is what you need!

Had a very stressful day at work after a great elliptical session today. Unwinding with some yoga this evening.

Great job everyone on first place!
Hoping for a good weigh in tomorrow, but I know I may not lose for another week, as my weight fluctuates after my TOM.
