Now that I’m in a good rhythm during the weekdays I am feeling good again. I have been weighing myself daily as well and am hoping for a good weigh-in Friday. But honestly I probably gonna lose it if I go yet another week in a row without a nice one.

I know, and that b**** was fickle too. That is part of my problem with weight loss competitions like this. I get too obsessed sometimes. I think I am gonna drop back from the mini-challenge for a little while and just focus on doing the right things. Not focus on my weight daily and just weigh in on Fridays. I was actually losing more weight that way last year.
So literally everyday my weight didn’t move. Mon through Thu, not even 0.1
Then this morning:
Last week: 252.8
This week: 251.7
I am very happy, but I’d be more happy if I saw that a week apart and not daily. Like HASWLRS said, I gave the scale to much power. Now I learn and apply this knowledge to a happier Me.3 -

Water retention is real! Last week I was only down .5 pounds and the day before I did an extra hard lifting session. This week I just did cardio the day before weigh in.3 -

Sorry team. You are all killing it and I get my first week with a gain. I was in calorie range and exercised but my food was definitely not nutritious, I was high carb, and I ate late at night. I don't know if any of these things are myths or not but I dont know what else it could be other than oor eating choices. AND I have a stupid head cold so that is great too.4 -

Going to a bridal salon today. My niece is trying on wedding dresses and I had asked to come, seeing as I have no daughters. I told her I would sit quietly and say nothing; I just wanted to go. Well, she is only having me, her mom and her maid of honour, so I may be expected to offer my opinion after all! When I get home I have to get ready for curling, so I may not be back on here until tomorrow. I will be looking for many, many weigh-ins at that time!!!3

Sorry guys been going through an issue at work and turning to food although I have been doing my workouts still no results on the scale. I need another way to destress or another plan to see results.
Workouts are a great way to de-stress. I’m sure it’s helping. Is it your food choices or quantity that you think is causing your gain? Can you pre-plan your food so that it makes your choices easier?0 -
