I just made it home from work. I ended up only doing the elliptical at the gym today as I didn't have enough time to get strength in and make it to work. I also ended up going over 20,000 steps for the day, but was 500 step short of my personal best. It was a pretty good day! Now to munch on some almonds before I fall asleep! ๐ด2 -

Had good intentions in the morning, but quickly went aware when I felt my sore throat and headache coming back. I feel like I have no energy these days and it's really impacting my attempt at weight loss. When I feel bad I don't want to exercise and I end up eating things I shouldn't because I think it will make me feel better, but of course it doesn't.

Thursday is always where I begin to struggle with watching my calories. I went ahead and logged the foods and sugary drinks I have planned to eat for the entire day. I'm under by about 70 calories. I just have to stick to the plan. I probably won't have time to exercise today. But I have leg day planned for tomorrow morning.
Before bed I will log in for the mini Challenge.

Are headaches contagious via computer screen? I woke this morning with a stiff neck and headache in my eye and I Just can't shake it.
Also, I work in a school and go into many different classrooms. I love that part of my job... except on holidays. Do you know how hard it is to resist temptation from Valentine parties in 5 different classrooms!?! Doing the best I can.3 -
