Always happy with a nice loss, but this just seems like my scale is lying to me this morning. Down 3.1 pounds and I barely moved all week with a bad headache / migraine and didn’t eat precisely to plan. I suppose it will all balance itself out when I get back to working out next week, retaining water and getting dead sexy5 -

You're the only person I know who makes excuses for losing weigh . Enjoy those results - most of us don't get that lucky when we're sidelined from our normal routine.1 -
