DAY 13
TODAY'S MOTIVATION TIP:
EATING OUT OF BOREDOM
We have all at one point been bored and the first thing we do is reach for something to snack on. Now if you've been on this journey for a long time maybe you've been able to train yourself out of this bad habit, so this does not apply. For those of us who are still struggling to train our mind and bodies out of this habits here are some tips:
In addition here's an additional tip for dining out that I learned at my weightloss meeting rhat I want to share with you:
#1 plan ahead preview the menu before you get to the restaurant
#2 if you chose to eat the bread only choose 1 preferably whole grain but only eat half
#3 choose from the low carb or healthy dishes section under 600 calories
#4 Most entrees are portioned for 2 ppl so asked for a to go plate to half off your plate right away.
#5 Begin eating the low-carb first (veggies) then protein and lastly high carb

Comments: Was supposed to be a rest day...but I had pass by my gym on my way back from dropping off my son to an extra curricular he had tonight--- timing lined up well, so I dropped in on my old spin class---was nice to see my instructor again ππ΄π»ββοΈπ₯
Isn't awesome when you just can't rest cause you addicted to working out.1 -

Comments: Great Barre Class! Looking forward to enjoying a bottle of vino π· with hubby tonight. I have not been drinking as I donβt want the additional calories, however, making an exception tonight.
We all need a night where we can just chill especially when we've been working so hard. I have a bottle of wine that I am saving for when I get my Master's Degree in the mail can't wait any day now1 -

I bought munchkins for the kids today and had 2. That put me over my calories for the day but Iβm still under for my carbs. And normally I would have eaten a lot more than 2.

Exercise: Yes. Have been really good about this the past few weeks. I've been doing 5 out of 7 days and it feels really good.
Comments: Have been consistent lately. I haven't been posting as much on here and for me that used to mean I wasn't doing so well diet and exercise-wise but I've been doing really well lately. Anyway, I met my calories today (and yesterday, and the day before that too!). Definitely in deficit. I'm excited for my weigh-in tomorrow. I don't think it'll be huge but hopefully better than last week. Fingers crossed that all went well today. Dinner was kinda salty for my usual liking but not terrible so hopefully no major crazy fluctuation. Those are always annoying. But hopefully all went well.
I'm so proud of your consistency you're doing so well with your tracking leaving tell you don't post daily on here at least you are tracking daily that's the most important because that's what keeps you on track and I'm wishing you well on your way in todayππΎπ0 -

Well I got the results of my CT scan and I'm going to be on a clear liquids diet for a bit. My stomach has been in pain and so uncomfortable that I can't really exercise like I want to. Hopefully I can be back in the zone next week! Well the plus side is that I have no appetite and I am definitely under in calories! π
Wow I am so sorry to hear that βΉ I remember when I was on the clear diet for 3 weeks 2 years ago but I really hope you get better soonβ€1 -

Today is going to be great, canceled my party because of the snow, but I decided to make it an Xbox party since we have a new game coming out anyway. Heading to my trainer appointment this morning, which is also going to be fun, we are testing my limits today, and I always love doing that, and my weight is finally moving where I want it to, it's going to be a great day.
33 will be my best year yet
