Thanks for your concern but I'm working a nutrition and she's the one who gave me my amount of water to drink and I am usually not even close because my daily intake is supposed to be 275oz plus 8oz more for every 15 minute of exercise I do and as far as my electrolytes are concern I add a teaspoon of seasalt to at least 2 of my containers of water so I am not really concerned about water poisoning.
I spoke to my doctor this morning and explain and she thinks its my chronic asthma and said that's why I shouldn't be exercising but if I am to use my rescuse asthma pump before each workout. So I'm going to try that cause I gotta do something tired of lyijg in bed and getting stiff. (Sorry for the long response)π[/quote]
@gjaholy33 I forgot you had said you were working with a nutritionist! Itβs all good then. π

@gjaholy33 I have asthma as well and it made exercise hard at first, but over time and through weight loss I have been able to reduce it's occurrences. And that can absolutely cause those symptoms, but an inhaler should help.
I do disagree with a physician who says not to exercise when you have asthma, over time you can increase your lung function by exercising, which is what I've done, I used to not be able to walk for 15 mins because of it and now I'm doing it for hours and not needing my inhaler. I don't recommend going crazy, so still be very careful. I think you're headed in the right direction, but do take it slow!!1 -

Track: Yes
Calories: Yes, under
Exercise: Yes, 1 hr Body Pump & 1 hr Zumba
Water: 161oz.
Comments: Still really sore from Body Combat--I can feel every muscle in my triceps, biceps, shoulders, back, chest, and my lower abs too (which means I am finally bracing my core correctly π€π»ππ).
Had to change my dinner menu last moment tonight bc my family decided to celebrate my son's basketball victory with pizza and sundeas--- so I made myself a individual Keto pizza (Realgood Foods, frozen) and an ice cream sundae made from pb2, enlightened & slim twins ice cream as a sub--and feel like I got to enjoy the party too, but without the guilt.
great choices0 -

I have goals and thatβs not what I want - enjoyed a splurge last night - donβt need another one), I am going to have ginger tea and grilled chicken salad tonight. Starting with a homemade veggie soup.

@gjaholy33 I hope your dizziness has passed and you feel better today! I used to have unexplained vertigo (room spinning kind) on and off --- boy was that awful--- couldn't drive, stand--- it was scary. Then it just went away suddenly--POOF-- idk what changed though.
Keep up the inspiration!0 -
Hi all,
So my boys are off and we are leaving Thursday night for vacation--- I am trying to squeeze as much workout as I can in before then and behave with my diet!! And already feeling the guilt of vacation food and relaxation ππ€¦π»ββοΈ. Will have to start all over when I return, but gotta live a little right? Then cardio & lift like the devil when I return--π₯πͺπ»ππ₯π«
@AB0215 Ashley, I will have to weigh in on Thursday morning again and then I won't be able to weigh in the following week (which I think is our last) until Sunday, March 3rd---just in time for the March challenge!
HAPPY MONDAY --- Keep inspiring all!!β€οΈπβ€οΈ1 -

Enjoy your vacay, you deserve it, you've been crushing it and I have no doubt you will crush it again when you return.
You could also see if your hotel has some sort of gym, a lot of them do, maybe you could sneak in some exercise so you don't feel so guilty

@vicky2767 You need to do one or the other, if you're doing low carbs, don't do low fat and if you're doing low fat don't do low carbs, you need a fuel source and absent carbs (glucose), your body can use fat, but if you're not giving your body fuel, you're going to have a hard time doing low carb, so do a little higher on the fat, you don't have to go overboard, but don't go super low on both. You can also do moderate in both.0 -

Calories: Yes, OMAD
Exercise:Yes, 30 mins walking, 30 mins elliptical, 60 mins weight training.
Comments: Day 2 no fridge, walking up and down the stairs to the garage is getting old, and making my own ice is also getting old, really going to appreciate the new fridge when it gets here, so I guess there's that. 3 more days. I can make it. My calves are getting the workout of their lives, with all the stairs. So, I guess it's not a total loss, but still not a lot of fun.1 -
