Hi everyone. I'm Coral and this is my first month of starting in the challenge. I'm from Scotland and have a 6 month old little girl and although I've lost all of my pregnancy weight now, I still have a long way to go to my happy weight.

Hi everyone!
My name is Mike and this begins month 8 of my weight loss journey and month 5 or 6 with the team. I started 7/25/18 at 309 pounds and have been steadily losing the weight. My last weigh in on Friday(today) has me at 228.7. My goal is a 220 - 225 pound range then focus on recomp. I’m 6’4” and at about 21% body fat according to my recent Dexa scan. My overall goal is around 15% body fat, adding more muscle and being way more awesome than I currently am (fitness capability wise). I turn 40 this year so getting fit before then has been a huge motivator for me.
I live in central Florida and work from home. My wife and I homeschool our 2 girls (4 and 8). We have a couple acres and I get a lot of exercise working on the property. Nothing like chopping wood to burn those calories!
I’ve recently changed my goals from 2 to 1 pound loss per week. So for March, my goal is to get below 225. I’ve got a good lifting routine I’m working on as well as cardio, at home kettlebells and outdoor activities. Combined with smart food choices I think I’ll do well this month.5 -

I am Tami aka Murdog3t. I am 53 , work full time as a SRN ( supervising registered nurse) in the local psych hospital been there 31 yrs. was assaulted back in July by a patient who tried to kill me . I am recovering well. Back at work ( that patient is on a different unit) i have only been back to work 5 weeks and I think that is why the scale is moving in the opposite direction. I am confident I’ll get a grip soon . Please keep me in mind when praying 🙏. I am strong and I have faith god has me back there for a reason .

@kidkees, when you mentioned family stress I just assumed you had gained. Then I read your post more carefully and realized you actually lost point six, so well done!! Zumba and walking....oh, yeah!!1
