Thanks HASWLRS - I'm really pleased with my progress. It doesn't seem long since you said I'd soon be in the 150s, and now I'm half way to the 140s.
My next goal is to get from obese to overweight - almost there
Only on MFP is being "overweight" something to strive for!! lol!!
Haha...true. It's going to take until I'm 127 to be normal - something my friends would say I'll never be...lol

@cossmoss15, that's too bad that the step sequences were new to you! At least you made the most of your time at the gym, even if it was boring!! Could you talk to the Zumba instructor, and ask her/him if they had time to show you some of the sequences in slow motion? Or maybe there are some basic Zumba routines on YouTube to watch?

@cossmoss15, you don't sound very excited to have lost five pounds!! You should be bouncing off the walls!! Very well done!! Yes, those darn social events....they are starting to pile up on my calendar as well!! Just do the best you can!!0 -

@ForLangston, you should be proud....you handled them all beautifully!! Love how you changed the expression...it is no longer "onwards and upwards"!! (That would be counter productive in a weight loss challenge!!)1 -

3/7/19 Mini Challenge

Today was my day off from work. I spent much of it being lazy (walking around the house hourly only to keep my Fitbit happy). I did end up going to the gym around 4(such a weird time for me!), but only managed 45 minutes on the elliptical before calling it a day(I skipped my strength that I wanted to do). I ordered a chicken wrap because I was so hungry throughout my time on the machine! Came home and did some light stretching for my GOT challenge. Now it's bed time for me4 -

Finally into ONEderland!!!!
For those that have followed my journey it has taken me forever to get under 200. I do everything right and for 33 weeks (I stat everything) I have hovered from 200.75 - 214 and back down and finally finally got under 200!!
Going to make and appointment with my PT to see what I can do with my gym programme to lose the rest of the weight as I can't cope with this yo-yo anymore. My food is right, my macros seem right I just don't know any more. My diary is open so if anyone can give me any tips from my macros and intake please please let me know.
For now I am concentrating on upping protein and cardio
