@Tracie_Lord, it must have been such a great feeling to absolutely kill a workout that you didn't start out even wanting to do!! I am loving your new profile picture....the before and after is astonishing, and a great motivator for you, I am sure, to see how far you've come every time you log onto MFP!!

Didn’t expect much this week after the big loss last week so pleased with the result. I’ve decided as long as it’s going down I don’t really care the amount. I think I’ve been putting too much pressure on myself to have big losses so when I don’t see big changes I tend to give up at the end of the week (weekends are a killer).
Looking forward to a good week and continuing to see the downward trend.7 -

Oh it was! I had a lovely ride to the ER as I started having chest pain and dizziness at work... I still don't know what is wrong, as I still don't feel great. I've only done a few little five minute walks around the house. I am just not feeling well, and my doctor is throwing me through loops right now. I can't get a follow up until Mid-May and I just want to feel back to normal! I felt perfectly fine at the gym during my workout then I just felt horrible.6 -
