Had a good day learned my broccoli needs to be cooked for 5minutes. Looking forward to meeting with the Pain Management doctor and Physical therapist tomorrow since I got my 80% nutrition down I really need consistent 20% exercise so working with the PT will help tremendously with working out safely.

I ordered some shorts!! I haven't worn shorts in years. I also bought a treadmill for the den......it's about to get too hot to walk outside and I don't want to lose any of the progress I've made.

I entered the recipe that my mom used. It serves 4, supposedly.... But my parents ate, 2 kids ate, and I measured out 2 cups which almost filled the bowl, and we still have enough for 2 more meals. So I am wondering if she did something different...
Also, I feel more full than I should. My food diary says I am under. My body is not so sure... 🤷♀️1 -

🗣Comments: We're moving into April on Monday Team!! I am going to a fundraising gala in less than 2 weeks and would like to look my best in a new gown.... so hoping I can shave a few pounds off. On a good note-- I tried on some of my dresses from my closet--- and they are very roomy on me!! YAY!!--- one is a Karl Lagerfeld leather cocktail dress, tags still on (not that I can wear that one now cause it's leather) ---I could not zip it up at all and now it's got room!
