@CindyJNC1963 That's how it happens to me all the time. I weigh daily, but it seems when weigh in day rolls around I'm magically up 5 lbs for no good reason. You're doing great, and it was still a loss, so there's that...2 -

Comments: Been forcing myself to go to bed on time and get the rest I so very desperately need, as my body has been telling me that in some not so nice terms. And in doing so, I keep forgetting my daily posts, despite actually doing all the things, lol. I am currently in experimental mode again with my calories, and after being up a little bit this month, I've been losing a lb a day since Saturday, so must be headed in the right direction there, so I'll take that, of course, Saturday could roll around and surprise me, that seems to happen to me more than I'd like it to. Going to go enjoy some video games and rest before heading to bed, on time. These last few days of getting more than 4 hours of sleep have been doing some serious good for me. Resting HR is down again, my energy is returning, so....moral of the story team, don't forget the sleep! It's important too!3 -
