Found a new recipe that I will try out on Thursday (bought all the ingredients today) called mozzarella chicken recipe a low carb version of Chicken parmigiana

Disappointed had to restart taking my Blood pressure Medication again along with water pill since I have lots of water retention which sucks. But maybe I'm RUSHING things so I have to keep telling myself slow & steady wins the race, Gloria.π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’π’

looking forward to tomorrow after my mental health therapy it's Mani&pedi with my cousin finally rewarding myself for losing 20lbs!
