Each day we wake up, we have to fight the battle and keep the enemies at bay. The more often we defeat them, the easier it becomes. The more often we let them win, the more likely we are to give up and lose the war.



    Today, resolve to win the battle. Just today, do whatever it takes to get in some extra miles and take the steps necessary to prove that you are up for the challenge. Today you win the battle. Today you prove that you are still in the fight and that you are a worthy opponent. Tomorrow, all of these enemies will be a little weaker and you can rise to defeat them again.
