    Comments: Everyone's recovery needs are different---I have noted that mine require cardio daily---yesterday I took a total rest day, no walking or anything--that was a big mistake. My muscles locked up and I was hurting worse as the day progressed. Today I dragged my butt to Combat Class and I stood in the front row---DONE✅ and lesson learned👌🏻😅

    I did eat a bit over my calories--but when I am that hungry I know my body needs it, so I go with it. 4/3 IF starting back up on Monday✔️

    Steps Friday 8th March: 6,940 - a bit on the low side but I was feeling really tired and fell asleep whilst watching TV. Obviously, the busy week at work was catching up with me!

    Steps Saturday 9th March - 13,468 - much better after a decent night's sleep. A busy day catching up with friends and family. Still need to be more mindful of what I'm eating, but I am so easily led astray!

    WARRIORS TEAM CHALLENGE FOR THE 2ND WEEK

    "CHALLENGING OURSELVES"
    1) WE MUST LET LAST WEEK GO IT'S WATER UNDER THE BRIDGE AND CAN'T CHANGE IT.....
    2) FIGURE WHAT WE DIDN'T DO IN OUR MEAL PLAN/WORKOUT/EXERCISE PLAN AND DO IT..
    3) CHALLENGE OURSELVES TO DIG DEEPER AND BE AS MOTIVATED AS WE CAN BE
    4) CHALLENGE OURSELVES TO ASK FOR HELP OR MOTIVATION IF WE NEED IT AS AN INDIVIDUAL
    5) CHALLENGE OURSELVES TO GET BACK INTO THE GREEN ON WEIGH IN DAY... MAYBE BY A POUND OR 2
    6) CHALLENGE OURSELVES TO CHECK IN DAILY AND LET THE TEAM HOW YOUR DOING WITH YOUR GOALS AND PLAN

    PART 1 OF THIS WEEKS CHALLENGE IS TO COMPARTMENTALIZE MY LIFE AND ONLY OPEN THAT COMPARTMENT WHEN IT'S APPROPRIATE TO DO SO. SO WHEN I AM HERE AS YOUR CAPTAIN AND MODERATOR AND MOTIVATOR THAT'S IT YOU GET AND DESERVE 100% OF MY MIND BODY AND SPIRIT TO HELP YOU AND JOIN YOU IN YOUR JOURNEY HERE.

    PART 2 OF THIS WEEKS CHALLENGE IS TO MAKE 1 MINOR CHANGE HERE AND THAT'S IN THE WORKS WITH STEVE AND MELISSA. MORE ON THAT LATER THIS WEEK.

    PART 3 OF THIS WEEKS CHALLENGE IS FOR ME TO PUSH ME HARDER THAN LAST WEEK...AGAIN ONLY OPENING THE COMPARTMENT THAT I NEED TO SO THAT I CAN ACCOMPLISH THIS GOAL.

    AND FINALLY
    PART4 OF THIS WEEKS CHALLENGE FOR ME.....KILL IT .... LIVE IT LIKE I STOLE IT...... NEVER EVER BACK DOWN FROM THE FIGHT EVER......TO BE 100% BETTER THAN I WAS IN WEEK 1.
