Hi, Everyone,
Worlds worst teammate here. It’s been a stressful couple months (although I just caught up on posts and it seems a lot of you are going through a lot of stress and sadness right now. I’m hoping everyone can start to find some peace soon!) My way of decompressing when I get home is to sit and veg in front of tv or just go to bed, sometimes I snack but not usually. My problem is I feel like I need to rest my brain, and logging food and prepping more food is another stressor. Plus still not feeling well with this sinus stuff. And of course, my numbers are going the wrong way! So I made a plan. I read about the whole 30 program which I have done in the past. I’m going to prep food for the week on the weekend and by virtue of how you eat on the program, I don’t feel like I have to log. We will see how it goes.5 -

Comments: Everyone's recovery needs are different---I have noted that mine require cardio daily---yesterday I took a total rest day, no walking or anything--that was a big mistake. My muscles locked up and I was hurting worse as the day progressed. Today I dragged my butt to Combat Class and I stood in the front row---DONE✅ and lesson learned👌🏻😅
I did eat a bit over my calories--but when I am that hungry I know my body needs it, so I go with it. 4/3 IF starting back up on Monday✔️

Steps Friday 8th March: 6,940 - a bit on the low side but I was feeling really tired and fell asleep whilst watching TV. Obviously, the busy week at work was catching up with me!
Steps Saturday 9th March - 13,468 - much better after a decent night's sleep. A busy day catching up with friends and family. Still need to be more mindful of what I'm eating, but I am so easily led astray!2 -

Just saying hi from warm Mexico! Arrived safely and had an amazing ceviche lunch. Already over 10,000 steps in spite of spending 5 hours on a plane and 1 hour in a bus and 3 hours waiting for flight lol. Have a good one!3

Comments: I ate way over my 1400 cal limit all weekend, I was still under because of my workouts today and yesterday, but still ate far more than a typical weekend bc of my son's bday parties.
Goal this week: Buckle down Monday-Thursday, workouts each day and stick to my fasting schedule.

Crazy busy family weekend, during which I was able to eat real food without being miserable. (It didn't last, the pain is back this morning, but I see the surgeon next Monday, so it will be fine.). Also, it was sunny for the first weekend in a long while.
I'm now in waiting mode for a decision about the manager job, but I can't even figure out who else interviewed for it. The rumor mill is full of contradicting stories. I hope she puts us out of our misery today, but I think HR will make her wait until tomorrow because positions are supposed to be posted for two weeks.
That's my quick catch up post.
