    Success Sunday- I watched my food intake, no snacking at night.I watched my bread and tried to eat more walnuts, flax seed or pumpkins seeds. Healthy meals, tried Mish Mash it was really good. Lots of exercise this past week. Going to see the Raptors and Charlotte Hornets (basket ball) planned my dinner and some popcorn too. Water only. Back on track tomorrow.

    Now that we are into the home stretch - Let's celebrate Successes for the month as well as the week, and start strategizing-planning on how to start next month strong.

    Everyone has been doing great! (no matter what the stats - you are showing up and continuing to benefit from the community, asking for help, giving support and advice, just plain contributing. THAT is what will get you there in the end. )

    @Navydaddjtc has asked about favourite anythings .... post them here AND on the moderators' challenge thread. Read about what some favourites of people on other teams might be.

    Let us know if you are going to switch things up a bit now that warmer weather makes outdoor options a bit more varied ....

    This is fantastic - fibremania! I'm glad you liked mishmash. All those nuts, seeds, and pulses along with exercise is going to having you feeling like a million. <3

    I just figured something out after using MFP for almost 5 years now. You can search the web for meals/recipes you are making and it will pull all the ingredients and log them for you. It also will save the recipe under my foods. I knew you could manually do this. I did not know it would find the ingredients automatically!!! I am EXCITED. I have long been an individual item logger. You may have already known this, but for anyone else who had been in the dark about this wonderful feature, this is for you.

    I tear recipes out of magazines all the time. I put in Orange glazed chicken and I knew it was Southern Living April 2016 and it found it in an instant. Boom. All logged. Ok. I’ll stop. But it’s the little things that bring joy!!

    Hi all - sorry to have been absent most of today. It was mother-in-law errands day. She is 95, and it did her a lot of good to get out of the house, but it sure was SLOW! But all is well, and now I'm relaxing and catching up. Sadly, my workout was not too fabulous today, but I'll make sure to get a good one in tomorrow.

    But look at us for week 3!!!! You all are amazing. Since I am not part of the weight-losing gang at this point, I get to shower all of you LOSERS with bravos and stamping feet. I know there have been struggles, but hopefully there is also a lot of learning from those who are finding their stride. Don't get discouraged if you're not there yet! It will happen if you take a deep breath and get your discipline on. It's tighter than Spanx, but it does the job.

    Happy Monday night, all. I'll give you an update tomorrow on how many zillion steps the stepping team took last week, and how far that got them.

    No way! That sounds awesome. I'll have to try that. I just entered a recipe manually tonight. But I was just throwing ingredients together so there was no other way to do it but manually. I made Vegan Pasta Sauce. One thing I wish I knew how to do (or MFP had this capability) is to be able to share the recipes I've created like you "share" anything else on the internet. Oh well, one small victory at a time! :smile:
