@HASWLRS hello! I am back from vacation. If you don’t mind I’m going to jump back into this month and give it a go!

@mickey10111, don't mind a bit; was actually expecting it! Just weigh-in on Thursday, good or bad, and you can move forward from there!!

    April Pass Day #1
    Date: Tues, 9th:
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, I usually log food as I eat it but today I tried to be a bad azz and had too much confidence in my food choices. I kept thinking "this is keto" and I forgot to really gauge the portion size so when I added it all up I had to overestimate because i just wasn't sure and i didn't want to cheat myself on any weight loss. Was over by -150.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes

@Kwinnero, when it's all said and done, only 150 over and you were estimating high on portion size, it was probably a good day!

@mikea2g, so sorry to hear, Mike! Hopefully the chiropractor helps!!

    Weigh-in (sorry it's a day late)

    PW: 223.6 lbs
    CW: 221.4 lbs

Can't explain the big loss (didn't earn it that's for sure), but I'll take it. Going to use it as motivation to stay on track this week and actually earn a loss next week.

@pkg1998, wherever we can take motivation from......nice loss!!

    Weigh in Day
Before I left for vacation (mid-March):169lbs
    This week: 166.8 lbs

It really stunk to go away at my heaviest that I’ve ever been, but I’m glad to see that upon returning I am near my starting weight on here at 166.8. This is a jumping point for me. Exctied to be back in this community! :)

I am amazed you are getting so many steps. I know a bad back can be crippling so getting over 7,000 steps is great.

Glad to have started the week like this. Hopefully I got a head start to the coming weekend. Tomorrow is my wife’s birthday, we took a four day weekend and are staying in Brooklyn.

@erikNj, enjoy your wife's birthday weekend in Brooklyn. Having never been to the Big Apple myself, what are the must see's and do's in Brooklyn?

Exercise: Lots of walking at the airport

I made it to Tucson late last night... only ended up sleeping a few hours. I feel totally relaxed! I went for a wonderful walk to a park with my niece (a German shepherd mix) and enjoyed the sun for the first time in a while! I am taking way too many pictures and I just got here! My brother and I are going for a hike sometime after he finishes an exam for school, and maybe to the cactus gardens... this is looking to be a great week! I will most likely be posting my mini challenges a day late while I am out here, the time change already has me messed up!

@cmhubbard92, glad you arrived safely, Christine, and are already taking advantage of the great weather to do some hiking!

Brooklyn is mostly known for their foodie scene, parks and Coney Island. I guess if you really wanted the tourist stuff and attractions you would cross the bridge into Manhatten, that would be what people call the Big Apple. My wife and I personally like Brooklyn better because it is more laid back and lacks the tourist crowds.

    @swauters
If it was up to me I’d be in bed all day. Little kids and dogs constantly seem to need something so there is always a ton of up and down and moving around. It’s not a fun 7000 steps, that’s for sure.

There actually is a NSV with all this back pain. My back brace no longer fits me, it’s way too big! :). It’s a nice little “yay!” Wrapped in a big nasty “oh no!”
