After last week's disappointing little gain, I am so happy to see a loss.
Anyone who happens to read this, please cross your fingers and toes for me while I wait to see if I got into another one of the programs at school. I should hear back very soon and I'm pretty sure I got an hour of sleep last night because of the anticipation. I don't have the highest hopes, but I just need to know. I'm going nuts!

April Pass Day #1
Date: Tues, 9th:
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, I usually log food as I eat it but today I tried to be a bad azz and had too much confidence in my food choices. I kept thinking "this is keto" and I forgot to really gauge the portion size so when I added it all up I had to overestimate because i just wasn't sure and i didn't want to cheat myself on any weight loss. Was over by -150.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes0 -
MINI CHALLENGE

Under calories: No
Exercise: Yes -
/ 25 minute medium effort elliptical
/ 10 minutes stretching
/ 5 minutes weight training (back started acting up so couldn’t complete the workout
Steps as of posting: 7,489
Back only got worse as the day went on. Off to the Chiro today and hopefully that will get me straight again, other wise I’ll be spending the rest of the day in bed.4 -

Can't explain the big loss (didn't earn it that's for sure), but I'll take it. Going to use it as motivation to stay on track this week and actually earn a loss next week.4 -

@Kwinnero, when it's all said and done, only 150 over and you were estimating high on portion size, it was probably a good day!1 -
