I didn't do one of the regular ifit cardio treadmill workouts this evening but I did complete a 45 minute walk at average pace of 2.5 mph. My heart rate was really elevated for a good portion of the walk so I feel good about it. I joined a 4 week step challenge at work....that should be fun.

Goals/comments
Loving my new water INSPIRATION bottle it keeps me motivated to reach my goal was able to drink two of my 73oz bottle and my goal is to drink 3 daily.
As you guys know today has been trying but was able to stay positive and upbeat despite not knowing what was going on for hours with my mom (don't you hate long distance) all cause the doctor's had the wrong phone number. It's different down south cause common courtesy would be after surgery to come speak to the family and let them know everything went well. I'm just glad God delivered me from binge eating cause today would've been a free for all. We have a long way ahead of us with family but with constant communication we will be okay.
Looking ahead I am proud that I'm down 65.8lbs yay💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Once this burn in my back heal, I'm setting a goal to at least walk half a block daily with my aid until I'm able to walk the whole block of my street since it's getting nice and by August I hope to walk the 4 blocks around back to my door. Small steps but I'm doing so well I'm confident in these short tem goals.
P.S. Although I did not binge eat today I did have my homemade fastfood cheat today and I still did not make it to 1200 calories.
***(Sidenote) I am thinking my new goal should just be 1000 calories as I can't seem to eat pass 1000 calories. I refuse to eat just to make the numbers. Plus I am doing so well and my stomach only allow me to eat so much; I get full very fast these days

Thank you!! Hey have you used that back stretcher/massager at all? I just recommended it to a friend at the gym and she's crazy about it--she said the first time she used it her back "snapped" back into place😆😃 👏👏😊
Love it! Even my husband is using twice a day to help with stretching his back. We play quite a bit of golf, awesome! 👍🤸♀️💃🤗1 -
Great recommendation! 👍👍👍1

@gjaholy33 Glad your mom's surgery went well. Hoping for a speedy recovery.
Congrats on your 68lb loss!! That's a great accomplishment and you should be proud!
And did you get your fitbit set up? Which one did you get?
@mg07030 The scale isn't the only measure of progress, and sadly not the best one either, it's just probably the easiest one to quantify. We all have those times where we're up and where we're down, that is normal and you are doing so great for yourself with the strength training!!
@CindyJNC1963 You're doing really great with your cardio, even if you didn't do one of those harder workouts, you still did 45 minutes and that's something to celebrate!! Not too long ago, you couldn't even do that!
@tinak33 Snacking is hard to resist sometimes, at least for me lately, it's been a struggle, so great job!! And I should probably feel guilty for this but I don't actually "go" grocery shopping, I order them online and just pick them up.
It saves time, makes meal planning easier and sadly keeps me from walking around the store and buying things I don't need....should probably feel guilty about how lazy that appears, but at the same time, it saves time and keeps me on track...so I don't lol.
Also congrats on your loss this week! You are doing SOOOO great! Keep it up!
@DeshotelK Hang in there, we all have those times where it's a real struggle, stress eating is a thin and one of the hardest things to overcome, but you CAN do it!! Hang in there, forgive yourself for being human and look to tomorrow, you can do this!!
@SLIMn2016 You have been doing an amazing job!! Killing it every day, so you went over your fasting calories a bit, in the long run that's not going to matter, just keep doing what you're doing!
@Fitness327wk Glad your back is feeling better and you're getting back into your normal routine!!
@jmitts2 Great loss this week!!!

🔹Creeping ever closer to 200!! And 195 will be half way!
🔸Passed another BMI goal this week! I am now officially obese! Overweight here I come!
🔹 On Monday, 22nd, I’ll be taking my first Taekwondo class!! My 9 yr old son has been taking it for almost 5 yrs now and is a second degree black belt. I never thought I’d be in a place where I felt like I could do it too!! @Wildmage69 thanks for the inspiration! 😊
🔸 At 8 lbs lost for the month so far. Going to work toward 10 total for the month.
🔹 Goals: Live through Taekwondo!! 😆 Stick to 2 lbs a week for my May 24th goal of 200 lbs. Keep my snacking healthy. Keep getting 80+ oz of water. Keep my carbs under 100 most days, (might have been what made the difference this week). Find more healthy proteins. Tried haddock this week (thank you @Slimn2016!) it was so so good!!6 -

Whoo hoo losing steady now and loving it. I can finally see the difference. My husband challenged me to lose 25 pounds and then he would do Keto with me. I started Keto Feb. 7th and but I did not do it the correct way. Got serious on April 10th and I have lost 13 pounds since Feb 7th and feel so much better and drinking more water than ever. Getting ready to do a 5K in May.
