Thank you @sleepymom5 @cyndiesstuff and @Mrsbell8well - going to spend some time today to reflect on all your really good advice. Yesterday was a rest day, did ok on food and did some gardening, but generally tried to relax.3

So...I have a couple of options here. 1. I go to my Counselor tomorrow then straight to Rehab after and stay for about a week. 2. I overdose and see what happens, (Potentially ending up in the Hospital then Rehab). Or 3. Be strong, fight and stay out of Rehab and behave, no self harm and make it past the 2nd and I get my Clinicians laptop! 🤔5

@cassiegetfit2013 If 2 is even in the running I think you should go with option 1. Go get the help you need, sounds like there is a plan already in place if you choose it. You deserve a wonderful life. Go and get the help that you need to be able to have one. Hugs Cassie!3
