Comments: Had a great Saturday with my niece. We spent the day mostly swimming. She never wants me to leave, I always feel bad when she tells me that she doesn't want me to leave because she will miss me. Had a little bit of a re-feed, have been a little hungrier the last couple days, might be attributed to Aunt Flo, who really knows, but I've been trying the intuitive eating approach lately, so with the increased hunger, I did go ahead and eat a little more, so we will see how that goes... Got all my meals prepped for the week, mine and hubby's this afternoon. Made a trip to IKEA for batteries, they have the best rechargeable batteries, cheap and awesome, so yep, drove 30 mins to IKEA for batteries, because I needed some more lol. Stopped at the gym on the way home for an hour on the treadmill because it's freaking hot outside and I just didn't want to go outside and walk.3 -

Exercise: Yes/no when we got home from our long holiday weekend I cleaned house and put away laundry! That counts for something right! Plus both girls had their batha!
Goals/Day/Comments: I wanted to get home and clean my house to started the work week off on the right foot! I swept, did laundry AND put it away!!! Planning my workouts for the week!

Well, it's my time of the month so I'll take that 1 lb loss and run with it. I know I've had a brilliant week, so although I could be grumpy about only 1lb I know that it'll be a larger loss next week 👍0 -

4) Diet one salad, one fruit:
My daughter was visiting and after church wanted to go right to the beach......this meant I left without breakfast and we stayed past lunch so only one meal just because of the way the day went and we visited my son's family. We were exhausted and picked up some chicken wraps at the neighborhood store as we were starving. A wrap nearly gave me the calories for the whole day!!!!!!1 -

Not a great start but I haven’t exercised this week - took the week off as I’ve been running three times a week for the past 9 weeks. Hopefully it’ll be a bit different this week.
Also bought the fast 800 recipe book so hopefully get some nice healthy low cal recipes in this week. I’ve got the week off to de clutter the house, go to the tip etc so should stop me from snacking and I’ll be active.
Onwards and upwards - or downwards hopefully!!!1 -
