    1) Track: track as soon as a meal over :/
    2) Steps at least 100,000 steps a week :/ ( 96266 week total )
    3)Strength at least once a day <3
    4) Diet one salad, one fruit: <3

    This is one of the two jobs days and I need to figure out how to up the steps. I park far away, take a long walk, do my Daily Burn with exercise but the steps are not there.

    Exercise Yes...walked around my neighorhood and out the door by 6:18AM. I got in 2.65 miles in 39:10 which is 15:17 per mile.
    Goals/comments: My youngest is feeling much better and it is such a relief. I love my morning walks because it allows me to clear my mind and focus on the day ahead.

    Comments: Daughter's very last day at nursery today 😭 she's starting school in September...so grown up!! We went on a last minute playdate with good friends and lost time there and was still at theirs by 9pm! I was too over hungry and scarfed what was available (pizza). I did track it but was over.

    I don't work weekends and my step count is always low so planning to do more C25K and some walks with the kids over Saturday and Sunday to keep my step count up!

    I was asked to watch my grandson, who is three, for the day. We were very active! Went to the beach, built two different 'beach boats', boogie boarded, built a tent at the house and played every imaginable game.
