    I am surprised to have actually lost anything, because I ate something over the weekend that made me horribly sick and I was not very active.

    Exercised__yes total of 70 min
    Walked 25 min this morning.
    Then 30 min before supper

    Strength__yes did 15 min lower body work out

    Water 11 cups

    To wore out to do other 2 exercise goals
    Oh also did washing an hanging out cloths
    About 30 min
