Saturday
Week 1
PW: 149.0
CW: 147.0
Next week I will be away on vacation and I won’t be able to weigh myself. Had a good week of sticking to my plan and hope that my coming holidays plus a wedding won’t set me back. 24% BF today. Does anyone on here aim for a certain BF%? I’m not sure what is ideal for ladies.
I will post a site that uses the US Military formula for determining BF % which also gives you an idea of what makes a good proportion. Only needs height, weight, neck, waist and hip measurements.

@micki48 and @Perla4686....thanks for the kudos. I didn't make my 100,000 step goal this week, but I'll keep pushing to get there next week. I'll post my final steps for today shortly.4

Thank you BMcC9, that’s very helpful!1

@SueSueDio
It's still before midnight here...
I don't recall what my last weight was, but this morning I was 161lbs. I think that's about the same?
Soooo hard to get back into the groove.2 -

Thanks. I'm even more determined to reach that 100k goal this incoming week. I'm tired of being in the 340s! Been circling that drain far too long!!!!4 -

Oh dear. He is a keeper!!
Does he have a brother? LOL
Hahaha he does but he is the complete opposite!0 -
Good Morning everyone. I had a very nice day yesterday. I’m happy to report that I am in no pain although I still have quite a bit of swelling and the hematoma is still looking the same 😒 but it doesn’t matter. I’ve made up my mind that it is what it is. I never expected to be perfect and I am very happy to no longer have all that skin hanging and getting in my way.
Yesterday hubby took us to a sports shop and I got me a few workout outfits and a new toy! So excited to start using it today. I did my usual walk this morning and tonight when the tv comes on, (finally starting to watch stranger things) I’m hopping on my new stepper! Wishing you all a blessed Sunday!

Good Morning Team!
As you soon will see when Greg posts the full results, we came in 2nd this week
I just finished up the tallies, and our team results are :
1st @Leni1us 2.17% (3.7 pounds)
2nd @Loriab901 1.34% (2 pounds)
3rd @reflectionofme 0.97% (1.3 pounds)
We always place the teams and individuals by percentage of body weight lost rather than by pounds - as you know, the less you weigh the harder it is to lose, because each pound is a larger % of your total weight.
Also impressive losses from
@evangsimmons170 2.6 pounds
@tigrib 1.8 pounds
Well done, everyone!6 -
Hi everyone!
My food choices have improved and my wine consumption has decreased and the scale is moving downwards.
Got a new Fitbit yesterday... may I join the step challenge?3 -

Well done, everyone!
So if we're going by percentage, wouldn't my percentage be .99% between my previous/starting weight (343.6) and yesterday's weigh-in (341)?0
