    August target 300,000, More cycling so less days for steps this month.

    I weighed today.

    280lbs

    I don't think I would qualify for any fitbit challenges. My goal is 3k steps a day. I'm still recovering from a foot injury so can't walk much.

    Luciicul - Thank you! :) I am determined to be healthier so for me it's not just weight loss but eating healthier too! I wanna live a long time so I can see my grandbabies. ;) LOL
