    The hip joint inflammation has resulted in a 3 lb. gain. I’ve been super careful because exercise is on hold for a while. I know it’s water retention and steroids but ARGHH!

    Way to go, @Americanbabydoll !

    Damn, Yooly. Talk about adding insult to injury.

    I haven't weight myself yet....maybe tomorrow....but I have had 3 really good days in a row - darned near "maintenance" style good healthy eating. Might be a dream?

    Loss = 1.0 lbs

    This Time Loss = 13.2 lbs
    Overall Loss = 31.4 lbs

    To Overweight BMI (202.2 lbs) lose 43.2 lbs
    Healthy BMI (169.3 lbs) lose 76.1 lbs
    Goal (145 lbs) lose 100.4 lbs

    I now have 100.4 lbs to lose to be at my goal of 145. Not even sure if that is the weight I want to be but it puts me in the middle of the healthy BMI (125.3 lbs - 169.3 lbs). I figure I might change it as I get close to goal but it was a good starting goal just to have a number in mind.

    Nice loss @Americanbabydoll. This time of year any loss is a huge accomplishment. Isn't it fun to think of how the goal weight will feel?

    As you all can tell I weigh daily and I have been on a bit of a losing streak. I am hoping it continues but I am also expecting it to change. I'm excited to report I now have less than 100 pounds to lose to be at goal. 99.8 is just barely less than 100 but I will take it and be proud!!!!

    You can do this! It’s our year to get to goal. I too have been maintaining over the last year. Need to get back to business and finish the race.

    Good job, @Americanbabydoll - nice to read of a loss this morning!

    Connie and Yooly - I have faith in us. No point in stalling out after losing 100 pounds! (rounding off for simplicity). Let's hit our goals before summer hits maybe even? I'm almost starting to want to wager on it....because my initial "motivation" seems to have slipped away somewhere. I have 34 pounds I want to lose by June 30th. How about you ladies???

    I'm pleased that today is the first time in awhile I've encountered a lower weight on the scale. And I think it is a "real" loss because I haven't had any extremely low calorie days, nor any dehydrating experience. Just weigh 1 pound less than when I last weight myself last week.

    YUP ... too many or maybe just too hard to count ... all that fluff and little feet and toes just running so fast I can't keep track
