Comments: Lowered my calories some. Had a stressful day with our renter/roommate starting arguments and then pissing him off so much that he left for four hours after saying he wasn't coming back. He just came back now. However, I did not stress eat even though I was hungry. But I figured it was a reaction from the stressful day.0 -
I need to fix the steps. The step count is actually 7525. I forgot to change it when it copied and pasted from yesterday.0

Even though the scale has not been going down lately I feel good. I can still see a difference when I look in the mirror. I am definitely keeping my eyes on the prize. I'm halfway to my goal and don't see a reason why I won't get there. The good news is I feel like my habits and Times of eating I've gotten a lot better and I do good even on days that do not count calories and that is mostly because I have changed my definition of full.1 -

There is a little less participation in the late summer/early fall time, but we have around 6-7 post a day. Fridays and Mondays are a little more active because a lot of people are weighing in on those days. I also need to put up some more mini challenges like the weekly question that we use to have. I am just absolutely slammed with work and taking my husband to the doctor. I'm going to try to do better during next month's challenge. I could really use a new co-captain (or a team captain) lately. Our last one only stayed for 1 week after asking to be co-captain.0 -

Comments: Tried my best on these. The goal was 2 minutes for each and a two-minute break after every third exercise. Did air bike, butt lift, knee to chest, arabesque, lunges, single leg balance, butterfly sit-ups, aquaman, reverse snow angels, walking high knees, wall squat, and warrior balance.0 -

That makes sense. I know I post a lot less the last few months. The warmer weather brought a ton of yard work. Not to mention just being outside in general. Guess it was easier to post when I was stuck in the house with nothing to do but surf the web. 😉0 -

The first time I stood on the scale today it said 183 .6 but then I sit on it again and it said 185.2. I really do not know which one is correct so I will just take the second one . I have two bathroom scales and the first one was acting really wonky so I switched to the second one hoping it would be more consistent but it is wonky also. Sigh0 -
