    Exercise: 21 minutes cleaning, 22 minutes walking with 2084 steps, and 30 minutes of Tae Bo. Calories burnt: 1161

    Comments: We decided to eat at a nearby pizza place. I ate four slices of pepperoni and garlic pizza. I input the lunch into MFP to find that I was still under my calories for today. I did some Tae Bo and decided to eat back some of my exercise calories. I was going to have 3 more slices since I had the calories for them, but I decided I wasn't that hungry and would be fine with two.

    This month has been a challenge all the way around. I've eaten out more than I usually do (business meetings, work related travel, retirement parties, etc). I've also have some medical issues that have taken my focus away from what I'm eating. I wanted to go into September at 160. Guess that ain't gonna happen.

    Took me all day to look up all those calories. Yikes the rehab nurses have me hanging by a tree.lol

    This was because shopping day an late in afternoon when went so we went to pizza ranch. I had all salads an stuff first then
    Had 1 /2 cup potato es an gravy. An a slice of peach dessert pie.

    Exercise before i left got in 30 min rehab at home
    An also 10 min on my recumbent bike

    Water 8 cups

    To day tracking not going be easy either
    Was suppose to had a appointment out of town but they called as was going .so had breakfast out.

    Exercise s still following rehab one they gave me when 1st started so slow getting built back up.
    Walked an strength total 30 min

    Added relaxation technique of 10 min if can count that or not?
