@shanteel612 Very nice loss! Check the batteries in the scale, but if both of them are wonky, I'd bet it is the humidity in the air-that can cause scales to be wonky too.1 -

Tomorrow i can increase my home exercises to 21 min. 2 times a day so that was good.
Still not allowed to left over 3 pounds an use my treadmill or do core or set ups or any of those.

Yea....I don’t even dare eat after 8-9. Sometimes 9...because I have to exercise first. I drink all my water. 90 ounces.
My husband will ask me today if I want him to bring me home 2 cookies, I will say no. Instead, I will eat organic strawberries & blueberries.

Still actively losing this weight......and, in the middle of this deep obsession at the moment!
Ugh.....why can I just wake up in my old body???? 😁
I am thankful for this group.....because, it keeps me on track.
I don’t get lazy and eat my meals and do all of my exercises.
Oh....I am fine! 🤣
But, knowing that I am actively losing this extra weight and part of this group......it is all I think about all day. Losing weight! I have to make time to exercise, eat right and track my progress......it takes over my day! 🧘♀️

The number is going the wrong way! I need to get a handle on this. I received some devastating medical news last week that will require surgery and I've been eating everything in sight since then. Food is comforting but I'm undoing all of my hard work. I'm working hard to get back into healthy eating.1 -

That's ok with me, I spend 4 nights in hotels and also went to a Polish wedding. So much fun, so much dancing, but also so much food. No regrets here. Will lose that again until next week.
Also, I saw my dietician yesterday. I lost 6 cm (2.36 inches) of my waistline - without starving myself. Whoowhoop!1 -
