Comments: We decided to eat at a nearby pizza place. I ate four slices of pepperoni and garlic pizza. I input the lunch into MFP to find that I was still under my calories for today. I did some Tae Bo and decided to eat back some of my exercise calories. I was going to have 3 more slices since I had the calories for them, but I decided I wasn't that hungry and would be fine with two.0 -

This month has been a challenge all the way around. I've eaten out more than I usually do (business meetings, work related travel, retirement parties, etc). I've also have some medical issues that have taken my focus away from what I'm eating. I wanted to go into September at 160. Guess that ain't gonna happen.1 -

Had 1 /2 cup potato es an gravy. An a slice of peach dessert pie.
