One more day and we should get back to “normal” which is about 98F. Only two weeks until we go to Seattle/Alaska. Can’t wait.1

Wow, how vast the view and colloquial the life there... glad you could go, enjoy and return home safe & sound!
Now i want salmon - drooling at the thought1 -
Hope PAV’s adventures with his lovely Greek girl in maritime Canada 🍁 are going beautifully. I’m sure he’s out of WiFi access most of the time which is just as well!

Yooly these are beautiful and you're showing too much restraint!!!! Plus where are the food ones? I haven't even attempted to start checking how many hundreds of similar shots we have!!!!0

Welcome home! Hope you had a wonderful time.
I avoided the buffet except for checking out some food sculptures on the cruise.
We’re off to New Mexico in a week. Mercifully I have lost the cruise weight. There will be hatch chili 🌶️ and much cheese.1 -
Wow, gorgeous sculptures.
More travels, sounds fun!2 -

Onions, 10lbs and maintenance! 🤔
So this belt is so interesting.
As you can tell by the stretching I am not doing as good at maintenance sticking as i would desire to 🤔 not terribly. but not perfectly either.
155, where I would like to be, would be the furthest well used hole. 160 is where I'm at next to the emergency last hole. The emergency last hole can be made to hang in there to the high 160s/170 possibly even!.... with effort, and very uncomfortably! (ask me how I know)
But the funny part? When I was flirting with the 150/149 mark at the very end of lock down, I was actually contemplating whether the very much less used holes at the other end were leaving too much belt tongue hanging!
So definitely an onion effect (holes move faster when lighter)... though I'm fairly sure the last emergency hole has extra onion staying powers beyond normal😅
On top of that some of my 32 pants are actually falling (need belt to stay up)... but the belt is a 34!🤯🤷♂️

The shifting sands of time? Sometimes you can’t go by weight or size. Unfortunately bodies change with time. Loss of height. Body fat moves to new unlovely places. Gravity. What was once high and perky has moved south. Ask ME how I know………
However in your case things are looking mighty fine regardless of belt movement.1 -
Da muffin has a top!🤯1
-
Might be time to move the muffin before the Christmas cookies visit?1
-
Where is the grumble unhappy button? 😡
And to top everything off, unfortunately the muffin only improves but does not disappear even at the other end of the belt1
