    Hey team
Weekends are majorly busy at my house (kids home so family time) so I tend to be a little absent. But it was great to read everyone's posts, some great inspiration!
I messed up food-wise (most weekends :( ) but back to it now!

I've offered @AB0215 to help with admin so I'll be putting in your stats. I'm still learning the ropes so bear with me if I slip up!

Am I happy with my progress today: Yes! Good day today. I made good choices.

I didn't get fried seafood today, so that was good.

Wrecked my lower back while running errands. Ugh. 😩

Life has been super busy these last few weeks, but I've been able to stay under my calorie limit and track my food. Weighing and logging my food has become routine and feels so much easier than when I started. I really want to add in yoga a couple of times a week but it's been tricky to squeeze into my day. I'll keep trying, though:)

@LyndaBSS well done on staying away from the fried foods. I hope your back recovers quickly, take it easy while it does! And I agree on the weight loss, slow and steady wins the race!

@skullsandskeletons I'm sure you did ok, good luck for tomorrow.

@midsummer174627 woohoo what a great NSV, something I struggle with!

@joehlrich you're doing great! Isn't it amazing how quickly we form new habits (sadly, I break them quickly too :( )

@Kathie_GoGo I hope you enjoyed it! Your attitude is great, tomorrow starts a new day!!

Congratulations to everyone on this team, we came first this week!! Let's end October on a high!!

And a special congrats to our top 3: @AngiesJourney @jupollock @jupdyke well done!

Have a wonderful week everyone

Thing I did well: I was pretty good about tracking overall.
Thing to improve: I need to eat more vegetables. This morning I made a big batch of tomato pasta sauce with 2 pounds of ground turkey, 1 bag of riced cauliflower, 4 spiraled zucchinis, and a bazillion mushrooms. Although I love vegetables, you can't hardly tell there are vegetables in it. Sneaking a bag of riced cauliflower in almost everything these days, so hopefully that will help me get my veggies.

    Week: Sunday, Sep. Week 5 ? (10/27)
    PW: 219.2
    CW: 219.0

Didn't meet my goal. However, I went to Curves three times last week and got up one day and got on treadmill for 30 minutes. Still emotional eating at times. I plan to try to stay focused till the end of this month, so that I can start November off fresh. I still might be able to get under 200 pounds by the end of December or pretty close to my first goal.

    Daily report Sunday
    Track: no
    Calories: likely way over
    Excersize: no
Day/mood: didn't get back on track after the weekend :( but at least I'm on here being honest, which is a first for me (used to disappear on bad days)
Hopefully, I'll be able to reign it back in tomorrow.
