    ✅ 1 hour+ of cardio (BodyPump Xpress, CXWorks & Arc Trainer HIIT)
    ✅ Maintained IF schedule w/ No food after dinner

    Quick check in, and tea update!

    I ate terribly the last weekend. Nothing to do but move forward better.

    Last nights tea was peach mai tai - a nice black tea. Today is my absolute favourite - Buddha’s blend. It’s a white tea with jasmine flowers in it. Ahh.
