WEIGHT NO MORE - NOVEMBER CHAT

Tuesday Check In
Food - logged & under
Water - 1.5 l
Exercise - 30 minutes stationary bike, 10 minutes cross training
I can see my trainer only once this week, so I am trying to do my own workouts in the mornings. I am delayed today but will try to do one before afternoon physio. In my “spare” time, I have been trying to get a bunch of home repairs done. I finally decided to delegate. A handyman is here now recaulking a few bathrooms. It is nice having somebody else do some of this stuff! I also came across a bigger issue of the dryer vent becoming disconnected in the wall, which may be causing all kinds of problems. I have somebody coming in to fix that tomorrow. It feels like November is going fast, just like October and I want to get caught up before December & the holidays.
For Day 3 of the sleep challenge, I put my electronics far away at bedtime. Ironically, my husband feel asleep with his iphone on top of him and it crashed on the floor around 4 am, waking us both up! I guess I should have told him about the challenge!
@timibotkin - Great job getting up early to work out! Cooking for others and yourself can be really tricky and I am in the same boat. I have tried to streamline by preparing common side dishes (salads, roasted vegetables), and then multiple entrees. I am getting better at being efficient, but some weeks I still find it challenging.
@Mrsbell8well - Joining the community centre was a great idea and it is so convenient that it is across the street from work! Having your “final” wardrobe is another awesome NSV! 2 years to retirement will fly by, and maybe you can do a chart for that too! Hope that you can find your photos as your transformation has been truly inspiring!
@cyndiesstuff - Great day yesterday and great job sticking to plan on the fly at the restaurant! You will do great at the open house tomorrow!
@sleepymom5 - Great job on vacation! There is something about you and vacations which seem to work with your plan. Maybe you are not running around/driving around so much. I don’t know, but it is worth looking at what you are doing that works so well on your vacations. Hope that you had a good trip and are settling back into your routine. As for my photos, I don’t really see the weight loss on a daily basis, so the photos help me. My trainer started biweekly photos with me, but we only started end of September so I need a few months before I can really see a difference there.
@phoebe112476 - Your driver’s licence story is an excellent NSV!
@tryingagain5 - Appointments can mess up a daily routine and particularly with your work hours. Today is a new day and it is going to be a good one for you!
@lennoncpa - I love that dancing is your workout and you (and my mom) have reminded me that working out can be many different things! It is so amazing that you foster dogs! I hope that your little guy gets better soon!
@kirsten11872 - Really great how mindful you were yesterday and you stopped your binge! That is huge! Also 15k steps is impressive! Sounds like you have a great plan today!

I like looking at visuals and comparisons regarding pounds of fat & weight loss. Here are a few that I found that have helped me put my weight loss so far in perspective
5 -
@Mrsbell8well I am madly in love with that man! He is my rock. I told him last night he is stuck with me forever. He said who's stuck, I want to be here!! Just so you know, I have looked at that picture of Skylynn a dozen times. she is a complete doll!! I just love her smile.
@timibotkin you have been thru so much. I am super proud of you for not giving up. It really does make my heart sing.
Don't forget @sleepymom5 I still want to see you work the model with your anxiety. How is your mom?2 -
@Cafelelia I love (maybe love is not quite the right word) the pictures of the fat at 5, 10, 15, and 20 lbs. What a great way to make it tangible.3

If today you could be the person that has already lost the weight, what would you do today? Be that person today, act as if!!

Changing direction in your life is hard and I will use the following analogy to explain why. Imagine if you will.... a giant sand hill.
At the top of the hill, there is a giant metal ball. You push that ball down the left side of the hill and it creates a small groove in the sand. Next time when you are at the top of the hill with the same ball, you push it to the left and it is easier to push and follows the same path. Over time you hardly have to touch the ball and it goes into the groove that is now a lot deeper and the sand has become really packed down, almost like cement. The groove to the left becomes a well worn path and the ball cruises effortlessly down the hill that way.
Now imagine that your at the top of the hill and you want to start the ball rolling down the right side instead. The first time you roll it, you really have to push hard to get it started - even harder than you did when you first started to roll the ball down the left side. The balls momentum, the worn path to the left, has been cemented in by years of repetition. The ball automatically wants to go that way. But you have decided that you want the ball to go to the right. With much expended energy, you push hard to the right and the ball rolls down the right side, starting a new groove.
The second time you push the ball to the right, it becomes a little easier. Over time, the groove on the left side starts to refill with sand and the groove on the right starts to get cemented in. After the 4th or 5th time of pushing the ball down the right side, you get tired. After all, you have had to work twice as hard to make this new groove on the right. You are not only creating a new groove on the right but also changing the balls tendency to want to automatically go to the left - like it had done for years. You have worked WAY harder creating this new groove than you had worked when you started this ball rolling journey in the first place. You assume that because you have been rolling it down the right side for some time now that it will just automatically roll toward the right. You just let the ball go. Because the groove on the left was very deep, very compacted and had been created over years, the ball automatically takes the path of least resistance and also very quickly creates original groove on the left without any problem.
In order to make true change you need grit. Grit is consistency, tenacity, and perserverance. You must have grit to change the direction of the ball. It is the only way to truly change course. Eventually, the groove on the left with disappear and the easy path will now be on the right. Just keep pushing that ball down the right side of the hill.

Hello & Happy Hump Day! It is a nice, sunny day here in NJ!
My plan was to go to the gym after work last night, but I left work an hour late, picked up dinner for the boys & stopped to vote on my way home. I was exhausted by the time I got home, and with the time change it gets dark by 4:30 which makes it even harder to want to go out so late to workout. I did stay on plan with my food. I got home, ate a light dinner and started my fast. Once I hit start on the IF app, I am usually good about not eating anymore for the night. I made myself a cup of tea to fill me up and not want to eat more, it worked.
So far today my food plan is on point. I packed my food for the day. I may try to workout when I get home from work, but my sister comes for dinner on Wednesdays so I try to catch-up with her, but I will see how I feel, I am not making any definite decisions until I get home.
I am feeling good, even though I did not workout, I ate well and got in lots of steps. I am taking each day in stride, trying to be able to keep this lifestyle forever and be able to fit it in with holidays, parties, events etc.
My goal is to be down 15-20 pounds by the end of the year. I think it is attainable, I just need to stay on track 90% of the time and I should be good!
@sleepymom5 safe travels! Enjoy!
@mrsbell8well how nice for you to be able to countdown to your retirement, so exciting! Sounds like you are right back on track and set to hit goal again! I can't wait until I am back within a few pounds.
@cyndiesstuff I love how you just jumped right back into this challenge! You are so encouraging!
@phoebe112476 that must be such a great feeling that your license weight is actually the truth, lol. It is funny how the little things can make us so happy!
I am really trying to keep up with everyone's posts as well as post daily. It is keeping me motivated! Have a great day!

Just got caught up on 4 pages of posts! Love the beginning of the month. Keep it up team!!
@cyndiesstuff what a horrible tragedy! Its an amazing gift you gave them to drop everything and run down to Florida. I'm liking your new boss. Great idea/plan for the open house.
I have done similar at our neighborhood potlucks... reserve calories for things you don't always get to eat. I'm so glad you're back with us and have jumped back in with both feet!
@sleepymom5 this month will be a challenge but you have come so far and learned so much. Never fear my friend... refer to all the things you have learned and nail these social situations. Keep your health and weightloss journey front and center. No one else can lose the weight for you... you've gotta do the hard work. I like @Cafelelia's suggestion of having healthy food around.
@Cafelelia what a transformation. Those 16 pounds are gone, bye bye, history and it shows. I wish I would have taken before photos... I avoided the camera as much as possible. I wish I had had more faith in myself in the beginning to log my journey. And thank you for the graphics. I definitely need visuals.
@Kisten11872 I fall into the all or nothing mindset myself. I have to remind myself "one day at a time" and "its a marathon, not a sprint". Nothing gets me off track like lapsing into the nothing mindset. I'm so happy for how well you're doing this month and I enjoy your check ins.
@mrsbell8well I have never heard of soy curls. Had to look them up. there are a ton of recipes on Pinterest! My mind is blown!! LOL Congrats my friend on staying on plan the other night. You're one tough, stubborn cookie!
@lennoncpa If the little guy can tolerate milk, try cottage cheese. You always have the cutest fosters!! Did the little one that was so scared get adopted to a good home?
3 -
@Cafelelia your photo comparison has me motivated.... I can fit more little wild beasts in the bed with us if I lose more weight! . LOL Although I doubt Wayne would like that!3

Not sure if its the time change or my husband being home and my routine off a little but this week is flying by. Honestly super pissed that the scale is not budging. Scrapped dinner plans Sunday instead making hubby a chef salad and me a green salad with just a splash of EVOO & Balsamic. Monday was yoga day and made boneless ribs in the instantpot, au gratin potatoes from scratch (not out of the box) and steamed artichokes for dinner. Weight dropped .2 lbs. Tuesday morning I had an early appt. to take my dog Willow to the heart specialist as she's been coughing more (fortunately its treatable and not the beginning of the end which is where my mind always goes with her advanced age and heart disease). I had a few minutes to catch up on posts and instead told myself to get my butt off the couch and get some exercise in before I had to make the 1 hour drive. So sorry team... exercise won out and I fell behind on posts. Still bugged about the scale so I made a green salad with shrimp for dinner last night. Scale was down .2 lbs. I have now fed my husband salad 2 nights this week and have .4 lbs to show for it!! This morning I went for a 6 mile hike. Willow did great the whole way BTW. I'm fiercely motivated to lose these last few pounds, exercising, living with my hunger which I hate with a passion, watching my portions, not over eating and the pesky scale is not cooperating. #&@% Tomorrow is weigh in day and I hope to remember to take my measurements just for s***** n giggles.
As for the sleep challenge...
Day 1 - Done
Day 2 - Was an IF night/day so that was doable
Day 3 - I've been putting down the mobile devices an hour before bedtime for a few months now so that was easy peasey
Day 4 - I need to remember to drop the blinds tonight because the moon is getting big and bright. Loving the coziness of my flannel sheets right now.4 -

@nstephenson01 my last foster dog that was so scared has a new foster mom that lives alone and most likely will adopt her. I bring my foster dogs to work with me so they need to be okay around people. That sweet little girl was too scared so I’m happy things may be working out for her!! My new guy, Jimmy, is sweet and cuddly and likes to please me! Once I get the food figured out he will be great. It just scares me now that he doesn’t seem to tolerate any kind of food. I don’t know about dairy but maybe he would like cottage cheese. It’s got more taste than white rice!! I’m willing to try anything to get food in him!!4

Wednesday 11/6 check in
Food: logged and on track
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: 30 minutes at gym with my trainer, 30 minutes walk with community walking group
I think my body is starting to get used to my new mattress. Back felt ok today so I was able to do a little more , although still took it kind of easy just so I don't aggravate it. Looking forward to when it is back to 100% and I can do high intensity workouts all the time again. Right now workouts seem dependent on how my back feels when I get up.
Went to the chiropractor again today. He's been working on both my back and neck. Yesterday my neck was really sore from Monday's adjustment that I talked with him about it. He said I tensed up while he was doing the adjustment. He already decided to work on my neck a different way so that I would be able to relax more. I don't tense up on purpose but it's hard to relax when he's got my neck in his hands. He used a handheld device (not sure what it's called). It basically felt like a massage but a little harder than that. I was definitely more relaxed this time.5 -

Still here, just running behind as usual. Funny that I always feel I don’t have time to post, but then spend so much time thinking about all the things I would like to say... (I’ve started this so many times, so here goes, short version;)
So. Who am I? I’m Julie from Ottawa Canada. I am 45 years old, married with 2 boys just about 12 years old and 14 years old now. Those boys are the best thing in my life. I work full time in a job that requires overtime, it is challenging and hard to check out of. I drive 1 hour each way to a downtown office. I’m a procrastinator, mostly put everything before myself, had a very hard time adapting to motherhood, tend to avoid/ignore the bad and normally keep my thoughts to myself. I honestly never thought I would marry. I lived through a severely traumatic event about 6 years ago. I am also recovering from an emergency surgery about 4 weeks ago where my left Fallopian tube and ovary had to be removed as a result of necrosis - so painful! I have a new belly button! I’m still in shock
I am now back at the gym, and forcing both boys to go with me. My eating habits are good except when stress, loneliness and depression sets in. Then I could eat, and eat, and eat. Mostly when the boys are asleep and my husband is gone. i have about 2 episodes a week now, where nothing can satisfy me. I know I need something else than food, but what? So all the good gets wiped out in a few days, so been “maintaining” but still not ok.
My habits I need to improve: take vitamins, think water first, exercise, log, check in and find mindfulness without feeling guilty or down. Reflecting on where I went wrong is to learn and not beat myself up about it, but I know I have a tendency for the latter.
I am not a cook. I have a hard time with the time it takes, the mess it creates. So I now try to get easy meals, bagged salad, snacks for meals and put everything in the dishwasher, eventually... my new love is our panini press : hamburgers, grilled chicken, fish, vegetables, fruit, hot dogs, garlic bread, bacon and so on. I forcefully forgive myself every day for my lack of cooking passion. The boys finally seem to excuse it also by helping find easy meals they enjoy.
My weight goal, get to 132, when? Ah, one pound at a time, one habit at a time, and keep learning until I get there.
I’m so grateful to be on this team, every advice given I know I can use in my own life. Thank you for sharing with me!6 -
@Mrsbell8well great transformation! You’re amazing!😁1

Great few days! Today I actually missed lunch and I am still living. I really didn't get hungry either. I did have a few snacks later in the afternoon. I am pretty tired. I wanted to get on here to respond to all of you. I didn't realize how late it became so I am heading to bed. Good night!
Sleeping Challenge-
Tuesday(day 3)-I am usually bad with this as I am on here right before I go to bed. Tuesday I was traveling so it was a little different. Once my husband picked me up from the airport I put my phone away. It was after midnight already and we were tired. I did stay up a bit to finish a book but went right to bed after that.
Wednesday - My room is set up for sleep! I actually think it is too dark as I have really good shades that don't let any light in. That was bought when I was doing night shift.
@cyndiesstuff Another great day! I like your plan for your busy day and I also love that you are bringing something healthy to the holiday open house! My mom is doing as well as can be expected. She is well taken care of and we were happy to find out she doesn't stay in her room all day, she goes down to activities! We were shocked. They said she eats breakfast in her room, looks at her paper and heads down to the lobby until after dinner. She actually is so much nicer than she usually is. Isn't that interesting? I did do the model but it lead to another model that I haven't gotten to do yet Lol! I feel like there may be a few around this. I love that sand and ball analogy.
@mrsbell8well It is nice that you are able to check in every day again. Looks like another great day for you too!
@timibotkin How is your appetite after all you have been through? Is it back to normal or do you not really have one? You said your parents are picky. Do you like what they eat? Do they eat unhealthy? If it isn't too unhealthy why don't you eat a small portion and a salad or veggies. Maybe if they have something over rice, you can put yours over fresh spinach? Also, why don't you give the hunger scale a try. Eat what they do but stop when you are satisfied. Good luck, I can totally relate to not wanting to cook twice.
@Cafelelia It is only November 6th and I feel the same way! I feel like it is going by so fast Lol! I keep trying to remember to take pics at the beginning of the month but I forget to. It would be nice to look back at my progress. I also have to say thank you for noticing how well I do on vacation, I am proud of that! I usually gain 5-10 lbs. I wish I had learned what I know now when I was younger...Thank you for posting those pictures with the weight and the fat. It is amazing to me. I actually think of that when I pack my suitcases. I have about 50 to lose and that is about what my suitcase weighs. I can't imagine that I am lugging around that weight everyday. I have to screen shot those pics.
@kirsten11872 Sounds like you are doing well! You had a good day and had the next day planned as well. It doesn't have to be all or nothing. Just because you didn't get a workout in doesn't ruin your good day with food. You are right, it has to be changes we can do forever. I keep forgetting about that app. I think I would do better if I had the app too but I forget to hit it until a few hours later. Is there any way you can edit the start time? You are doing great! Keep it going and that goal will be yours!! Omg! Could your dog be any cuter?!
@nstephenson01 What a fantastic week you are having! Even without the scale cooperating.
It will eventually catch up, I promise! Exercise should always take priority over coming on here! We don't mind at all, that is how it should be. This team should be helpful not a chore.
I am glad Willow's illness is treatable. Yes, I just have to make a plan. It isn't the actual occasions, I barely ate or drank at my daughters wedding or my own. It is all the guests coming and going. Just like...the shore!! I have a loose plan coming together. I also like @Cafeleia 's suggestion about having healthy food around and I also like @cyndiesstuff 's idea to not waste calories on food we can have any time. I am also planning to get up early to exercise and doing the basics-steps, water, logging etc. The more I think and plan, the better I feel.
@tryingagain5 That is basically a maintain. You are doing so well with everything. I am glad that the mattress seems to be working out. I also am happy the chiropractor is helping too. Healing takes time so be patient. You are doing everything you can and it will make a difference.
@GingerPwr There is nothing wrong with maintaining! Especially after a stressful week. I hope things are better this week for you! Hugs!
@julie8468 What a great intro! I don't know if you ever have told us as much as you did this month. You are not alone. We all have similar issues that we are here to try and figure out. Sounds like you are a hard working, loving mother. I love that the boys help find healthy meal recipes and that they join you at the gym. Even if they complain, you are setting them up for a lifetime of good habits. Mother's seem to put everyones needs before their own. You should think of some small things that you can do each day that are non negotiable. Sounds like you are hitting the gym, that is one. How about water? Logging food? Making time so you can plan or prep? If you start small and add to it, these things will actually become habits. It is hard to have two young boys, a husband, a full time job with a long commute but you can still make your health a priority. You said you are a procrastinator. Me too- my daughter says I put the dilly in dally. I now plan everything. It is amazing how much it helps. @cyndiesstuff was trying to get me to do it for the longest time and I resisted. Now I don't know how I went throughout life without it. I also noticed you said a lot of times you over eat are when the husband is away and the boys are in bed. Maybe that would be a good time for you to come check in here! Writing things down sometimes makes a world of difference. We are not looking for perfection. If we were perfect, we wouldn't be here. I share my struggles all the time. I also get a lot of support and suggestions. This is an awesome group. You have a lot of things you want to work on. They are all very doable. They are vague too. What are you going to do to reach them. I was bad with vitamins, now they are right by my coffee for me to take in the am. Guess what else is there, a glass so I can have water. I drink a glass of water before I drink coffee and then another glass before I have my second cup of coffee. That is two of the things you are working on in less than 5 min upon waking. Think of something similar for you, in your daily routine that you can easily add some of these things in. If you are interested, I know there are apps to track daily habits. You also may want to start small and increase. If you don't really drink water, you may want to start with drinking two glasses. If you don't go to the gym, either go for 30 min and build or go for and hour a few times a week. Just start small and build. Idk if you ever listened to those PNP podcasts but I think you would learn a lot. You also are right, you need to talk to yourself nicer. It is so easy to beat ourselves up but instead try to learn from your mistakes. There are no failures, just learning opportunities. I am with you with the cooking. I am not a bad cook, I just do not like it at all. There are easy recipes out there for cooks like us. I can't get over you put fruit on the panini press! I can't wait to try that! Please check in more with us. I think it would help you focus on yourself. Hugs!

Busy busy day yesterday. Got home late and I knew I would. Ate the zoodles spaghetti dinner that I had made over the weekend. Yum. And then was able to successfully not compulsively overeat. I made the white chicken chili. It tastes amazing. And then I sat on the couch and sat with my urge to continue to eat. I talk to myself through it it was just an urge. And it went away when I went to bed. And that's okay. Woke up this morning to a dusting of snow. Which seems fitting for the first holiday party of the season. My work Thanksgiving open house. I've got my plan I may need to check in with you guys throughout the day so I don't compulsively overeat. I can eat the food that's there. But I need to stop when I'm satisfied and not when I'm stuffed. The weight loss this week was expected for me. I know when the beginning it's easy. But I'm okay with that too. I worked through the thought model on this open house. Not so much for the food but for how it's making me feel apprehensive about meeting all of these people and being the hostess. I am not a huge party person. I wish I could channel my inner @sleepymom5 and @mrsbell8well. Those are my party planners and they enjoy it. I'd rather just sit in the corner and have everybody leave me alone. But that is not what's going to happen today. I have to show up anyways. So I'm going to put on the happy face and realize that this is just one day and I can do just one day.
what's everybody else doing today? What's on your plan? How are you going to make today successful? If you had already lost all of your weight, what would you be doing today? What does the new you look like?5 -
I have so few photos of myself, especially when I was obese. This exercise was quite eye opening for me. First of all - wow! I really didn’t notice how obese I was. Second - I still wear both the shorts in the before photo. I have been thinking the striped one was too big. Into the goodwil pile it will go today! My purple coat in the third photo is from more than a year and at least 60 pounds ago too. Maybe I need to go shopping this afternoon. I have my annual physical and labs this morning. Hoping for normal labs. Thanks for suggesting this walk back in my camera roll. I was very enlightening!8 -

@phoebe112476 what amazing pictures! Congratulations 🎊
@sleepymom5 I really like your post to @Julie8468 I think a lot of us can relate. And I love the pink top you were wearing. You look beautiful in both pictures. It’s amazing the difference 21 pounds can make. I have lost 60. I think about the pictures of fat that @Cafelelia posted and I can see it in my before pictures.
@cyndiesstuff back in the 50’s and going down! WTG! Hang in there for the party and keep checking in.
I had a very busy day yesterday. Lots of interviews. Hired one and plan to make 2 more offers by end of week.
My clothes are packed for either street or gym running.
Daily check in: water not so good
Food: great. I really wanted a piece of chocolate last night. I bought two holiday dark chocolate bars. And a small whiskey would have been nice. And one more piece of that amazing sour dough bread from my favorite baker. No, no and no. I will have a small treat after my next star. I made a root vegetable soup last night. So good. Rutabaga, turnips, carrots, thyme, celery, onions, garlic, potatoes and spinach. Even mom loved it.
Exercise-30 minutes yoga
Have a great day everyone!0 -

@nstephenson01 ohhh Nancy I’m sorry. I know you were really frustrated this week. It’s hard to break certain weight plateaus. Sometimes i eliminate grains and breads for a day or 2 just to shake things up.1

Wednesday Check In
Food - Logged & IF
Water - 1.8 l
Exercise - rest day
My physio appointment went very well. I have continued to heal, my gait has improved and am at about 95%. My next appointment is in 2 weeks for a running & gait analysis, which has me running on a treadmill at different speeds and they film me at different angles. My PT says that I may be cleared to run and she knows I have fear about that. She said that even if I am cleared, we will devise a very slow recovery plan. I had some pretty intense acupuncture and stretching yesterday as part of my treatment. I was worn out after, and went to bed as soon as the boys were fed & did their homework. I am still a bit sore today, but will probably feel great by the afternoon.
I did well with the sleep challenge yesterday. Our bedroom is set up for sleep and I enjoyed getting to bed early last night (even though I was sore)
@nstephenson01 - I am so sorry about the gain, and I know that you said your routine was a bit off this week. Stay motivated, fiercely motivated as you said. You can do this!! Did you measure today? Maybe the measurements tell a different story. Btw, I am glad that you dog’s cough is treatable and hope she is doing well. Thanks for your kind words about my photos. I wish I would have taken more photos too. I am tracking my midsection because in middle age, that is the area that carries the most weight!
@phoebe112476 - What an amazing transformation!! I was hoping you would share your photos, knowing a bit about your journey. Your clothes in photos 2 & 3 look very loose, and you are right that is is probably time to look at your wardrobe and do a bit of shopping. Thank you so much for sharing and congratulations!
@cyndiesstuff - Congratulations on the loss! Beginning, middle or end, a loss is a loss, and you did great! You have your plan in place fore today and I hope that you have a great time at your party! We have a bit of snow today too! It is very pretty, which I will not be saying about the snow come February!
@sleepymom5 - What a difference! I can see the changes everywhere on you between the two photos. Overall, you look not only slimmer, but much fitter!! I usually refer back to those lbs equivalency photos. I think about running a race carrying that 20 lb simulated fat or the tire or the dog. That really keeps me motivated!
@kirsten11872 - Your dog is the cutest!! We don’t have a dog and that photo makes me want to adopt one! Great day yesterday and so true that IF can really stop that night time eating. You can totally make goal by the end of the year!!
@Julie8568 - It is so great that you are back to working out after your surgery! And you take your boys with you! I agree with @sleepymomm5 that you can come on here and post about your struggles as they are happening. It can really help. As one suggestion, the next time it happens, try to not eat for as long as possible and feel the feelings that are coming up, maybe even what is behind them. I have told my story of my potato chip binging before and it took me some time and some therapy to figure it out. Motherhood was also a big adjustment for me. I had postpartum issues with my first. It is also really hard juggling work, home, kids and everything else.
@mrsbell8well - I love your transformation and thank you for finding you photos! You are lovely at any size, but really, it looks like you have reverse aged yourself! Congratulations! Oh and that soup looks yummy!
@tryingain5 - I totally understand wanting to get back to your more high intensity workouts. It is an NSV that you have continued to work out with modifications for your back! You are doing all of the right things and you will get back to it in no time!
Also, I know that you had some sleeping and eating issues this week, and you still maintained! That is win!
@GingerPwr - Huge win! You had a very stressful week and you maintained! Way to go!
@timibotkin - The photo comparisons give you all kinds of ideas, trust me! I have lost around 16 lbs, so that is a cat, a chihuahua and a guinea pig!1
