I’m eating way more than I’m stepping, need to work on that! I get in a decent amount on days we stay in one place but in days we are traveling between cities it’s a bit harder to get much walking in! Today went for a beautiful hike up some really steep stairs so that will help.
@Fitness327wk that place sounds great!! It’s going to be hard to pick a favorite spot in a Italy, they are all so wonderful!

@mechell15 A warm welcome to you!!!
I have been thinking about "No Excuse November" and it reminded me of an image I saw on one of the newbie boards. I think this is me. I need to come up with a strategy for weekends. (I hope this posts OK - not sure how to do pics and things).

@SHBARBOR OMG! This is totally me. That really puts it in perspective. I actually joke that I call it my 'Monday' diet. That chart isn't very funny though. I need to work on that!5

Oh boy--- so this has been 🙋🏻♀️🙆🏻♀️meee! 🤦🏻♀️ One of my MFP friends call it being a "WOG" (Weekend Overeater GUY/GAL). I stay super on task during the work week and then Fridays and Saturdays with the family/friends/social stuff.... turns into lots more calories in.🤷🏻♀️🙅🏻♀️ I need to strategize the my weekends right along with you Sue!6 -
