1. Stay under my calorie goal (currently 1810) ✔ 1785
2. Get 5,000 steps a day✔ 5,738 Rest day! I have to get ready for my usually really busy weekend.
3. No eating out ✔
4. Exercise bike for at least 20 minutes a day. ❌ Today was a rest day, I’ll probably change this goal to reflect that I will take one weekly.
5. No caffeine after 1pm (my dr's suggestion for sleep issues) ❌ I missed it by a little because I didn’t finish my tea again. It’s okay though I slept really well last night anyway.

Now Im back at 180 and every time I get here I gain another 5 or 6 lbs I just simply cannot do it again if I can lose a few more pounds before Thanksgiving and be back at 180 by the end of the month I will consider that a huge success but I don't have a strategy let me go work on that now and stop self-sabotaging myself

@ jcgator2016 I know how you feel! Im right with you but I did manage to figure how to make a checkmark when I type the word check the check mark appears that's the best I got! I can't do pics or anyting else on this stupid phone smh1

I HAVE BEEN WATCHING KAI KNOCK THIS WEIGHT OF HERS DOWN THIS PAST YEAR. SHE HAS BEEN STEADY FREDDIE, YES SHE HAD SOME SET-BACKS, BUT SHE BOUNCED RIGHT BACK AND DIDN'T LET THAT DERAIL HER. I ONCE TOLD HER THAT IF SHE DOESN'T WATCH OUT SHE WOULD CATCH ME AND PASS ME. WELL THAT IS IS NOW REALITY!!!! SHE IS ONLY 3 POUNDS AWAY FORM TURNING ME INTO TOAST. I FOR ONE AM SO PROUD OF HER AND HER ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND TO HAVE HER ON OUR TEAM THAT I AM BUSTING AT THE SEAMS.

I asked the same thing last month! If you are going in through a desktop browser, it seems we are left without emojis! But if you post from the app on your phone (or ipad) you can use the same emoji's that you would use when texting.3 -

Like Sue said, I typically use my iPad or iPhone and use the same emojis that I use when I text.
I don’t use my desktop that often for MFP, however, when I do they have very limited smiley faces no ✅ check mark. Greg mentioned a link above for emojis for desktop.

When I first started this journey in January I was on a different calorie counting/support groups site, but I hated it. Many of the people there were very toxic and often tore each other down rather than trying to lift them up or help. Somewhere I heard about MFP and I decided to give it a try in hopes of finding a better community. Part of the better community I found was this group right here.
The Fat to Fit challenge was one of the first challenges/groups I joined and I was placed here with the Workout Warriors. I’ll admit at the time I was a little worried because of the bad experiences I’d had elsewhere. However, I found one of the friendliest, most supportive groups that I’ve had the pleasure to be a part of. You guys have encouraged, inspired, and advised me this year on numerous occasions. I don’t believe that I would have been even half as successful if it hadn’t been for this group. So this is a big, heartfelt thank you to all of you!

Every time I log in here I am so far behind but that is great! I can’t wait to be part of this active group when I get home. We have better Ẉifi at our hotel we just got to today so maybe I can post a little more. This trip has felt so long, hard to believe we still have over a week left. Not that I’m complaining!

Yes, I use my laptop. I have the Samsung galaxy plus, but I have to use my reading glasses to see anything on the phone, so i rather use the laptop.0
