Hey if anyone is doing any shopping after Thanksgiving and looking for fitness "props", I am really loving these earbuds I got about 6 mos ago. Similar to airpods (I tried my daughter's but don't love the way they fit my ears), they have a little case that holds a charge so the buds are charging when you're not using them. I charge the case after a few days and have never run out of battery yet. They stay in my ears really well (unlike the previous wireless types I'd tried that had a cord connecting the buds). There are other brands too. I really love being cordless! Why should the kids have all the fun?

I usually bank calories for celebrations, drink water (a ridiculous amount per day anyway) and do OMAD.

Thanks Sue--- I have AirPods and they drive me nuts bc they don't synch for about 10 minutes...and it wastes so much of my time getting them to work in the morning when I could be moving.... I'll look into these!!ππ€π3 -
@SLIMn2016 I hope your day is going OK. Your AirPods should synch faster than that! I'm not sure these are better - just an alternative. But mine do connect right away, although I don't think they work with a laptop as the AirPods do. Maybe you should visit an Apple store. I had a series 1 watch that would only hold a charge til 2 pm everyday. Drove me nuts! Took it in & they replaced it with a new one. I get through the whole day every day now. I should have taken it back sooner!2

β 3. Create (not imagine or read about), but actually create art each day.
β 4. Use UltraVolt on muscles 5 mins daily & arm/back stretches another 5 mins daily.
β 5. Immediately catch self if thinking negative body thought & say something very Positive about my body & something about how grateful I am to be thin & healthy.
Had to do this several times. It helped each time!4 -
