Net Carbs under 142g per day (Moderate Carbs) until Iβm consistently at 155lbs or below for an entire week.
2. β Macros/micros within my targets.
3. β Perform my pre-art ritual each day before noon.

I didn't put my watch on until just before I went to the gym this afternoon--so I missed. all of my morning steps ππ£1 -

Stayed under calories (but slightly over on carbs)
Water intake 78.6 oz
Rain spoiled my plans to do yardwork or play golf. Did not exercise, went with grandson and wife to Disney on Ice.2 -

At San Michele they have a gas pump for their local wine π·! The locals were coming in to buy eggs, bread and wine!
