    1. At least 11,000 steps a day.
    2. Exercise 90 mins a day.
    3. This week no eating out.
    4. Get more sleep ( I work overnight)
    5. Drink for water.

    At San Michele they have a gas pump for their local wine 🍷! The locals were coming in to buy eggs, bread and wine!
