    Christmas was wonderful <3

Did not weigh last week and may not weigh this week. I didn't go overboard except for Christmas. Tomorrow is New Years Day and I may or may not go overboard ;)

Even with the uptick, you are still doing great. You will have that 5 pounds gone in to time.

That's actually not too bad and I'm sure will be coming right back off. You're still good! :)

Passed a kidney stone on October 18th of 2019 and then again on January 7th of 2020. Not sure what's causing them since I've never caught one to have it analyzed.
The doctor says if I drink plenty of water it should help with not getting them and for passing them when I do get them so I guess more water it is!!!

Also I haven't been sleeping very well. I've been waking up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. I was told that a weighted blanket would help. I'm kinda claustrophobic and was thinking I wouldn't be able to use it but it is helping and I dont need anymore sleep aids :)

Glad the weighted blanket is working for you. :) I wonder what it is about it being heavy on you that helps you sleep better?

That weighted blanket sounds like DEATH to me!!! AHAHAHAHAHA - so many people love them, but I can barely handle a light blankie without waking up 302740865 times too hot :D

    Peanut M&M Moose Munch

I put a layer of leftover caramel popcorn from my christmas popcorn tin on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Melt semi sweet or dark chocolate chips on the stovetop or in the microwave and then drizzle it over the popcorn. Chop peanut m&ms or whatever candy you like and sprinkle over the chocolate covered popcorn. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes and then take it out and break into bite size pieces and enjoy 🦌

You are doing great Brenda. I am getting back to basics myself. It's about time for me to be putting out some steady losses which is more than doable with OMAD. You are always such an inspiration.

Whoa - I read all five pages of this and it was a nail biter! I'm new here but already full of admiration for your consistency, pragmatism and resilience. And in mentioning your grandkids you've just really driven home the fact that I want to lose this weight for my one grandchild. I minded her overnight the other day for the first time, and I was aware that getting down on the floor with her and playing at her level was hard. That hurt.
