My average was 131.9 this past week, so I am hoping it will bounce back down!

I bet it will, @audreypawdrey!

@looneycatblue, that's not a terrible number. Hang in there and next week will be good to you!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No. Unable to get myself together after hearing of my friend's death and my pup being diagnosed with diabetes. Not a good day.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

Exercised?: Yes (5 km in 41 mins - hills)
    Calories?: Yes
    Tracked?: Yes

Long night last night again (total 4 hours sleep, second night in a row). 24 hour again last night. Hopefully more sleep tonight.

Got my "therapy" walk in today. Will have to walk early tomorrow as forecast temperature for here is 40C (104F). Friday is expected to be 41C (106F).

Weigh in tomorrow morning. Likely not much change (0.4lbs) even though I have been VERY consistent in keeping to plan. Stress and lack of sleep have kept the cortisol levels high which often slows weight reduction.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes -30 minute walk
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Tried to!
It was my daughter’s birthday party at Casa Bonita, so I tried to order healthy (chicken taco salad) and didn’t eat the shell. I ate two bites of a Gigi’s cupcake to try it.
Going to focus today and get more exercise. DietBet weigh in Thursday, and I need to lose 1 lb.

    December week 3
    PW: 145.1
    CW: 143.1 (64.9kg)

This was lower than expected. This was also before having a walk this morning (weight after walk would skew result - walked early because high temperatures forecast today). 7 day average is still trending in the right direction.

First time in a few months that the scale has reported under 65kg. This is lower than I had aimed for by the end of this month's competition.

Weighted myself after this mornings walk too. 141.8 (64.3kg). This means in just over 40 mins walking I lost an extra pond in water weight. Shows how much weight can fluctuate within a day (and why I track a 7 day average from weigh in times from the same point in the day).

This month hasn’t been the best but I’m not giving up. My goal is still to be out the 250’s before the new year. It’s rough during the holidays but I can do it. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

I am nervous about tomorrow’s weigh in (this has been my graduation week). It’s been a roller coaster,
