    I missed my weigh in this week.On Sunday I weighed.It was 204 lbs.Sorry for this.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes

    Happy to report that last night and today have been much better than the previous 2. Got a regular amount of sleep.

    Walked early as temperature got to it's forecast to of 40C (104F). It's supposed to get hotter on Friday.

    Well ahead of schedule for weight target. I intend to taper down efforts after new year. In fact, if I continue on the current trend, I will need to drop back to coach role for January.
