NSV: Each day, I have been saying 30 things I've been grateful for in my life... even tangible things like my cozy carpet or white kitchen cabinets.... apparently this is supposed to raise your positive vibrations.

Foodwise: epic failure was buying a box of chocolate bars, handing some out, but eating one a night. What am I doing? Will take them to work and put them in teacher's lounge tomorrow.

@shbarbor Great job on those goals!

@RubyRed427 Nice loss! What a great NSV, I know that self-affirmation has worked for a number of people that I know. Now where is this teacher's lounge, asking for a friend, seriously though it's always difficult being around foods we love.

Congratulations to all those who lost last month!

    Hi team,

I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself. I'm Bonnie, married 34 years to Doug, with two grown sons and one daughter-in-law. Hoping and praying for another daughter soon!

I've been on MFP for one year and two days and have lost 40 pounds. My mini-goal is to lose 50 pounds in 2019 so I have a big feat ahead of me for December, an already challenging month for fitness.

    My Daily Goals:
    1. Eat 2-3 fruits per day
    2. Eat 3-4 vegetables per day
    3. Gym 5 out of 7 days per week
    4. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day
    5. Get at least 5,000 steps per day
    6. No sugar consumed

@Navydaddjtc, both of my brothers have served in the Navy and I thank you for you and your family's sacrifice for our freedom!

    Blessings,
    Bonnie

    SUNDAY SELF REFLECTION
    n3bejbac1oix.png

THIS PAST WEEK WAS JUST OKAY FOR ME.. I LOST 1 PD... NOT MY GOAL BUT I'LL TAKE IT. <<<<<<<< GOOD
I NEED TO WORK ON MY TIME MGMT AS IT SUCKED LAST WEEK <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< BAD
I ALSO NEED TO WORK ON BEING MORE CONSISTENT IN TAKING MY MEDS<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<THE UGLY

Now to fix this I am putting into a play a couple of tools to help me achieve these goals
    1) MORE W/O'S, BETTER PORTION CONTROL
    2) Chart for each day of the week next to my desk top and monitor WITH DAILY WORK SCHD. (SALLY DESIGNED ONE FOR ME AND I'LL BE DAMM IF I DIDN'T USE IT).
Be aware of the time in front of the screen... stuff around the house needs my attention... develop work hours for the team and the group.
    3) when I feed Logan I feed me and take my 1st rd of meds. this should a priority as I need the that stuff for B/P,HEART, CHOLESTEROL, ADHA ADULT VERSION, ETC,ETC

There you have it for the goals this week and how to fix it from last week
