It seems my plan is at least starting to show signs of life. I drink about half my weight in water everyday, I walk at least 4 times a week, and I’ve been trying to do better when I go out to eat (taking half home and only getting fries once a week). I know I can’t give up wine, cheese, or bread, so I just work a little harder throughout the week. I’m also going to start working out a little more during the week with some coworkers, so I think that will help, too. I have to remind myself: it’s a marathon, not a sprint, and baby steps are more likely to be sustainable than big leaps. Happy losing everybody!!4 -
