    I had many many heavy meals this weekend including a heavy dinner out last night. Do I need to count today’s weight for this challenge or can I weigh in tomorrow and use that just for this week? Thanks

    Exercise: No
    Day: Been out of town since Friday, every meal was heavy and also had parties. It was very lovely to be with family but I ate more this weekend than the whole rest of the week combined I think. And Sunday I didn’t run or work out, just enjoyed life and took a break from everything including watching what I ate and working out. But it was so good to be with my family.

    Ok really got off track, long story short lost my job a few days after my first post. But I am back and ready to begin the new me.

    Found out today that a guy I thought was interested in dating me is actually running one of those dating site money scams, which means my “picker” is WAY off.

    The good thing is that I discovered another site profile for him and reported his lying butt! Take that, pond scum!!! 😈

    My personal opinion is that, in order to be honest with yourself, you weigh on your normal day. If you switch up the day to avoid a gain, the only person you’re fooling is yourself. That’s my logic anyway.

    Plus, if you use a trending app, it all averages out in the long run. 😉

    Similar to what @LyndaBSS said, for accountability sticking to the same day is important, and you still have a loss :smile: However, this group exists for you guys, so if you want to weigh in a different day within the same week, that is your decision! The only thing I ask is that you just don't post a weight you don't want counted, it gets a bit confusing to try to track everything if multiple weights get posted in a week. So the decision is yours, just only post once with the weight you want tracked!
