January is a month where motivation is high with the New Year and it definitely shows this week! We are down 214.9 lbs across all teams which is AMAZING!! So many individuals dropping 2% or more this week, which is super! Awesome job everyone!! Let's take that momentum into Week 2!!

Hi Team!
Safe to say i am thoroughly frustrated and discouraged with my weight. I was very conscious this weekend about my eating and I still managed to gain 2.5 pounds over the weekend. I dont know whats going on with me right now. I know there are so many factors that effect the scale so logically I know that it could be any number of things, but emotionally I feel so defeated by it. I hope everyone else had a better weekend than I did!4 -
I’m sorry I should have mentioned I won’t be participating in this months challenge. I’ve become vegan and am trying to focus on finding safe foods to eat over weight loss atm. But I would like to return for next month if that’s alright 💖0

You know logically it can’t be actual weight, you would have had to eat an extra 7000 calories to gain that... hard not to stress about it tho lol. Did you eat a high sodium meal? Just keep doing what you’re doing, drink a bunch of water and try not to stress too much, you still have a few days till weigh in. Good luck!!1 -

How Was My Day: today I had vodka and a diet coke...not sure how I feel about this. This was my first soda since starting my diet. I dont want it to become a slippery slope. I also had a sub in a tub from Jerseys Mike. First time eating out since on the diet. A lot of firsts.2 -

Small victory yesterday and today. Free food at work functions and I just had water. I am/was a food hoarder especially when I see that a bunch of free food will go to waste if it’s not eaten or taken. I didn’t eat any or bring any home.2 -
