Track: Yes
Calories: Slightly over
Exercise: No
Day: Went home early from work due to the first snow event of the season! Was nice to get home earlier in the afternoon and have time to finish the day from home, relax, and do all adulting tasks with more time! I'm convinced thats the only way I'd be able to exercise regularly. Idk how some of y'all have the energy to work 40 or more hours a week, handle life, AND exercise. I'm amazed!! I'm still trying to find that balance in my life.0 -

I feel the same way, especially when I am focusing so much of my mental being into my food choices and dietary habit development. I know from the past that exercise makes me feel great and that I am capable of turning it into a routine, but those times were when I didn't pay attention to my nutrition and pigged out all of the time. Needless to say, I got strong and in decent condition, but I was still fat from all of the gluttony.0 -

Exactly! I feel like I have so many things in life to put my mental energy into that focusing on eating is sometimes even more than I can handle. And I don't want to cut back on anything else in order to accommodate exercise to be honest. I like my social life and I don't want to lose it.
I am the same, where there have been times in my life where exercise was a routine and I felt great and it fit into my life seamlessly once I made it a routine because I wasn't as active socially. So I know I can get there, but I feel like I am also now at a really good place in life where I have a lot of friends, a BF, and live in a city with A LOT to do in my free time, which is amazing, but that also means that exercise is on the back burner. Trying to figure out the balance is one of my biggest struggles.1 -

Exercise: some cardio/strength training on an app
Day: I did really good today. I was annoyed by all my snacking lately so I committed to no snacks at all and pre-logged all my food and actually stuck with it lol. I also prioritized drinking water to make sure I didnβt have any glade hunger from being too thirsty.2 -

Have you tried pre-logging your food the night before to help get you back in the swing of things? Then youβd only have to make some tweaks to your day as you go.0 -
Hi Team! Just a reminder we are missing some weigh-ins from earlier this week. Remember we want to hear from you good and bad! This challenge is ultimately about accountability and we are all here to support you and pick you up if you stumble.
We need weigh-ins for the following people:- @Toyota100
- @jenstone92014
- @loztandfound
- @MissSlimline
- @DDay2020
- @LoganScottsMom
- @melodie1082
- @raymeh107
Saturday night is the deadline to be counted for this week! Missing two weigh-ins in a row means you can no longer participate in the challenge, so remember to weigh-in ASAP1 -

Day: Decided to change my goals to a less aggressive loss per week to bump up my daily calories a bit. I just could not stay within 1200, even when making good choices. I've also decided I'm ok going a bit over calories if its from healthy food choices i.e. a bigger dinner loaded with veggies and protein, healthy snack, etc. I weigh myself daily and I have been so discouraged with the number the past two days. I've done well getting back on track this weekend, but the scale is just not budging. I was up even higher from my weigh-in last Friday because of weekend drinking and eating. I've only managed to shed half a pound from the weekend and normally I am able to lose a lot more of the weight from the weekend by now. Getting nervous for weigh-in tomorrow....5 -

@AmyG1982 It's all about TIME. Right now I don't feel like I have the time to pre-load. I believe it's a temporary situation. Back to work after extended holiday and personal struggle with tragic anniversary (Jan 6th). Dealing with emotions and making my way to the other side.

Today was alright until I went out to dinner with my bf. We went somewhere other than where I originally planned and though I didn't eat until I was stuffed OR make particularly bad choices, I just have no idea what was in what I ate or how much I ate.
I'm leaning toward just calling it a "cheat meal" of 1000 calories and calling it good just to keep my tracking streak going. Seem reasonable? What do you all do?2 -
