    Well since my last post, I have struggled big time and my weight jumped back up to an outrageous 168 pounds. I have finally come to my senses once again and as of yesterday, I am back to strict OMAD. My weight this morning was 162.4 pounds following yesterday's weight of 166 pounds. I am hoping to get into the mid 150s or less by the time my 3 day fast rolls around (6 July) and then with the 3-day fast, get below last month's fast ending weight of 154.3 pounds. I would love to see 150 or below come 9 July.

    Last month's loss was only 0.7 pounds. I really need to see a bigger loss for this month.

    158.8 pounds this morning. Being back on track feels great. OMAD all the way! I am feeling really positive about possibly getting to 154.3 BEFORE my 3-day fast and seeing 150 or below after my 3-day fast.

    Welp, I done went and done it. 2 days of splurge eating and I have undone all of my hard work. I am back up to 162.2 pounds this morning. The plan is to eat light today and tomorrow and drink plenty of water and start my 3-day fast on Monday and pray pray pray that I have a loss for the month. Why Tracey Whyyyyyyyy!!!

    Day 1 of 3-day fast morning weight 160.8 pounds. I need to lose 6.5 pounds from this fast to net a loss for the month.
