    I had a 3 pound regain from the fast so I am sitting at 162.3 pounds this morning. I'm sorta bummed but I know next week will be better.

    I always have gain even if I fast for only one day, but sometimes its 5 or more pounds which is mainly water weight. I'm sure you'll get a loss this week. You go girl!!! :)

    Agreed, it's all water and glycogen from your re-feed...it'll balance out as long as you stick to program ;)

    Happy Friday Eve OMADers. So today is Thursday my official weigh day and I am happy to report my weight is 159.6 pounds. I didn't lose the full 3 pounds gained last week but came real close with a loss of 2.7 pounds this week.

    Official Thursday Weigh Day

    Very minuscule loss of only 0.2 pounds for a weight today of 159.4 pounds. It is a loss nonetheless and I am grateful.

    Day 2 of my 3-day fast nearly in the bag. I am hoping to weigh in at 155 pounds on Thursday. I have not been getting the big losses from my 3-day fasts that I used to so to get to 155 pounds would be awesome.
