    Starting to get out more. As my lungs clear from the bronchitis, I’ll be able to get back to exercising regularly. But after 5 weeks out, my stamina let’s me go for a walk and I’m exhausted.

    But I need to kick up the exercise. Now that I’m not sick, the weight isn’t magically falling off. I’m trying to be super strict on my diet just to maintain my loss.

    On the good side, I’m liking the new habit of walking after dinner. It means I can burn off some of the food I ate, plus I’m not sitting on the couch thinking about what treats might be in the kitchen. Win-win 😄

    @simbersea I hope you feel better, but just continue to only do what you are capable of at the moment! Walking is a great thing to be doing right now! 5 weeks is such a small amount of time in this journey we are on!

    Week 1 Challenge Results:
    Congratulations to @trlong1308 for coming in second place overall for the first week of the April challenge!

    I would also like to recognize @Krysless2 and @simbersea for being our second and third place losers for the week!

    This has been a tough week for so many of us, with TBBT only losing .13% of our original starting weight. We can and will end this month on a better note than we started it!

    I got a little exercise removing old wallpaper in our bathroom. This is the last room to do; we've already taken down wallpaper in four other rooms (our house was built in 1958). It's a lot of work but I know I'll be glad when it's done.

    Treadmill all throughout my workday today. My treadmill and I may be getting too close though. She told me last night that Im smothering her🙄 I had to calm her down by lubricating her belt and giving her a little break from me! We did get into some deep rooted issues and she understands now that she's all I have while the gym is closed and she promised to not give up on me. Hope she can hang in there until planet fitness is back up and running!

    It was a great Monday, even though work is CRAZY right now and school with my 7th grader is proving to be a bit of a challenge. I had a great, social distanced walk, with my mom, which I needed both mentally and physically. Looking forward an equally good Tuesday. *fingers crossed*

    Very impressive--especially on the treadmill repair, meeting your goals, and staying under calories. Good job!

    Mini Ultimate Accountability Challenge- April Week #1(Sun, March 29 to Sat, April 4)

    Notable Effort:- 4 or 5 days
    @cmhubbard92 (5)
    @krysless2 (5)
    @thedestar (4)

    Attempted: 1-3 days
    @simbersea (3)
    @jmalderman (1)

    Awesome job to this week's participants for doing their best to be accountable,even through this crazy time.

    Our participation was low this first week of April. Our team had an awesome loss last month. Keep up the exercise and calorie counting.

    *If I have missed anyone or made any mistakes, let me know. I will make sure you get a shout out.

    Did another round (day 2) of 21 Day Fix! My legs were crazy sore today, and today's workout didn't help! I feel like tomorrow will be a rough day, too, from all the squats and lunges I did today. I have been finding myself in a better mood the past two days, and am trying to remain as positive and focused as I can! This 21 day workout plan may be the thing I needed!
