It was a great Monday, even though work is CRAZY right now and school with my 7th grader is proving to be a bit of a challenge. I had a great, social distanced walk, with my mom, which I needed both mentally and physically. Looking forward an equally good Tuesday. *fingers crossed*2 -

Treadmill all throughout my workday today. My treadmill and I may be getting too close though. She told me last night that Im smothering herπ I had to calm her down by lubricating her belt and giving her a little break from me! We did get into some deep rooted issues and she understands now that she's all I have while the gym is closed and she promised to not give up on me. Hope she can hang in there until planet fitness is back up and running!

Did another round (day 2) of 21 Day Fix! My legs were crazy sore today, and today's workout didn't help! I feel like tomorrow will be a rough day, too, from all the squats and lunges I did today. I have been finding myself in a better mood the past two days, and am trying to remain as positive and focused as I can! This 21 day workout plan may be the thing I needed!2 -
